I am using v20.16, but I want to use it up to date, but it allows relationships up to 4 characters.

1- The old version that as more content but isn't complete?
2- The new version that is the remake and who are far to be complete?

You can't have that because it doesn't exist yet, you have to choose what you want between the two options I gave you, sadly for you.
There are 13 characters in the game, but you say 4 of them are in active use, so the rest are not.

Okay, I understand, I thought that the same game would not be offered even if it was given 1 dollar support or 10 dollar support. I bought it for 1 dollar trial purposes, it is limited, I downloaded it from another place, you can see it in the different limited game menu.

You can play nearly all the content available if you play v0.20.16 - which is FREE from the developer at the link I shared.
v21.0.0 is a PREVIEW of the new version of the game. Content is still being migrated from the old code / display ratio /etc into the new version. It will take months, if not years, before it will have all the content that is in v0.20.16. It is also FREE from the developer at the link I shared.
If you want to play nearly all the content currently available - play v0.20.16 for free.
If you want to play what little content that you can only find in v21.0.0 but not in v0.20.16, then play that version for free.
This isn't hard.
But the game has always been, and is currently, free from the developer to anyone who wants to play it. No pirating necessary. No $$$ necessary.
No way, DC loves streaming, and he doesn't work as hard when he streams. Streaming is easier for him.

Bold claims given that the fat fuck might keel over anytime.
They'd hand it off to Sanderson, who'd finish it over a couple of lunch breaks and it'd still be released before this game.
Actually I believe obese fantasy santa has put things in place to prevent ghost writers from finishing it off. Also Sanderson was working off extensive notes set up by Jordan that were prepared exactly for him to take over when Sanderson heard he was dying, from what I've heard tubby Tolkein's notes are an incomplete mess that even he can't make sense of, hence why the books are taking so long. He's basically written himself into a corner by biting off more than he can chew and the "rocks fall everyone dies" ending of the show is not too far away from his actual conclusion to deal with all the loose threads he can't finish, and with how the dumpster fire ending was recieved he's stuck on what to do, and his solution is to procrastinate and eat Twinkies until he's a corpse.
