Can't you use the WiFi cheat still? IIRC you just need to click it multiple times to unlock gallery.
Is this ever coming to Steam or will I just be uploading each patch to my library manually?

If you are playing the newest version there is a LOT less content than the pre-tech update. It will be added back in small stages w/ possible new(ish) stuff sprinkled in(going to take a long time to get back where we were).

The answer is probably no. But considering that more porn games are being sold on steam, there's a chance that the answer is yes. Though that's probably not going to happen until the game is fully complete, which sadly won't happen until DC son takes over the family business.

I read on the title the garden-minigame is on, whenever Diane is in WIP-state.
So I handled Dianes garden as usual, but it doesent worked as usual.
Finally I think it will be better I wait more addons.
I was worried that I'd lose interest by playing the story all over again in the tech-update since I've played the stable version up until the end content, but I literally caught up in two days
I know it's been said a thousand times already and although I understand it will take a while to rework the main story line and everything, it's still such a bummer that even Debbie's story line isn't finished when it's literally at the beginning. But hey, it's a free game and I still like it lol

What do you mean it doesn't work as usual? You aren't telling us what you are experiencing. You are simply saying "it doesn't worked as usual." That is like going to a mechanic and saying "it doesn't worked as usual" and don't provide any more info. - You completed the mini-game.
That is all that it is right now. It continues to be a work in progress (which is what WIP means).

But yes, DC is ultimately responsible because it's his project.
then where the fck is he on the roadmap then??? Sigh im not even looking cause i know its going to take untill next christmas or new year at the very minimum for the game to be 'interesting' to peek at...
Let alone really play it will take 1 and a half year from here..
