Hey I completed the update, it was fine not good as expected but who might that guy from last scene be?
I think it's gonna be MC's dad who's been faking his own death and hiding, what do you think?

To make a save load you need to replace it in both. Might work just to replace it in Roaming/Renpy but it's safer to just replace it in both.

You need to progress Debbie (Mom) storyline far enough so that Tony's pizzeria is opened. So you can't start straight from a new game, you require some main story progression first.

i dont know man. i just put a save in both and when i open the game and hit load, nothing shows still. anything i might be missing? whats persistent

What if you delete all the other save files (if there are any).

Persistent is a file that tells the game what text you've already read for when you want to skip. I'm unfamiliar with it in this game but there's a possibility it also contains the cookie jar scenes you've unlocked.
What if you backup the folders, then delete the folders, start the game, close it, and then try to copy the save file?

yeah i deleted all saves in both folders. then when i opened the game, they were still showing. so i deleted them from in game too. then i put the new save in both folders and it wont show

Have you tried to delete both of them before starting the game?

Renpy will copy the saves from one location to the other if it can't find the saves.

If that doesn't work, the only thing I can think of is that you've got the wrong folder :S

Have you tried making a new save and seeing if it shows up in the folders?

yeah i just did. deleted everything, made a new save file. it showed up fine in both. but when i put the save i downloaded, it wont show still

Are you sure you're on the same page as the save file that you are putting in? What if you save in that slot 1-5 for instance, and then overwrite the save with the one you've downloaded?

1 is for page and 5 is for slot just in case you don't know.

I dont know if some of you guys realise or not, but the next update (0.20.5) is going to be about rump family (melania, iwanka), the bank receptionist and the mob boss daughter, and also possibly tina due to the hints in 0.20.

In other words, there is not going to be more maria content next update so dont get your hopes up and expect any

1 is for page and 5 is for slot just in case you don't know.

thanks a bunch for all the help. i figured it out. i didnt realize the name was so important to the file i guess? mine was called like, 889867 1-5-LT1. i removed the beginning numbers and it works now.

Once again, I find myself on an island of satisfied and happy fapping amid a sea of frankly goofy levels of butthurt in this thread.

Thought .20 was a pretty good update - three new fuckables, two with multiple variations, and an engaging story.

I do find myself bemused by the Tony & Maria storyline progression:
