Trans is going from dude to girl and vice versa, futa is both at the same time. In-game we get trans Eve (or pure girl), so she can't get preg. That image linked above isn't in-game and can't happen with what we gotif she has balls she's Trans

You're correct - trans Eve cannot get pregnant. Neither of those "images" of Eve are in-game - trans or cis woman. They were created by using the Eve layers. That's the great thing about layered images - you can make your own Eve (or Jenny or Debbie or Grace).
Josephine and Bissett are actually the only two that I had to use non-character layers. Although Bissett's pregnant body is in there ... I couldn't find appropriate arms. I forget whose I used. Josephine doesn't have a nude pregnant body - so I had to use someone else's belly and blend. All the others are the character-specific layers.

I gotta say I was surprised that Fem Eve could get pregnant, for a While I assumed that the two versions of Eve, were pre-op and post-op. that the only reason I could think off why that stupid scar would make her so nervous.

DC will never put that in the game. If you really want this scene, your best bet is to make it yourself.

Erik will become a better friend once he gets his next update. His content was made at a time when every quest was little more than "earn money -> get item x -> repeat". Just as Jenny's content improved massively, I'd expect the same to happen with Erik's.
