Pretty much any art can be replicated.
Miura was next level. Its impossible to create his later art style because he started drawing pixel by pixel. Even then the new team is doing a very good job. If they can do it, so can a bunch of artists who can replicate the art style. I just got into Berserk and honestly its a feast for the eyes. I have never seen art so captivating and beautifully drawn.

I get the feeling you just want the game to be something else entirely. It is what it is, man. I personally really like the game and think it has some really good character writing in places. The girls are tropey and generic archetypes at first, then get fleshed out and humanized as their story progresses. The archetype is there to act as an easy, relatable hook to get you interested in the girls' stories. Its not a flaw, but a strength. Pretty much every great piece of media uses the exact same writing strategy. Star Wars, Dune, Lotr, you name it.
