What direction is he taking this rework of the game? Mainly i just wanna know if he is getting rid of the annoying branching paths in the old version where fucking one girl would often lock you out of fucking another.
No one knows , so far he barley added the story of the two main characters from the first game (the so called "stable version) - Debbie and her daughter. Most of Jenny update uses old rescaled art , the story is untoched. Debbie scenes are new with remade story and very nice new art but not all of her content is finished so we will wait at least on other update cycle to finish her character - 2 months at least . Oh and there is some teachers content ( all of it old assets). But that is not finished as well. Most people think (me included) that if he dosnt speed up development by some miracle it will take him years to actually finish the so called "tech update". In my opinion this is a straigh up remake of the original game since 90 % of the old art and code is being remade. But DC and his supporters insists of calling it "Tech update" "Work in progress" (well no shit its some progress allright) . And update that is going for years now with no end in sight.
To be fair by digging trough the art files of the last few updates i can tell that DC is actually working at a faster pace than his coder , since every update there is unused art. So i think the code is the thing slowing the process down. Ironically since the whote idea of the "Tech update" was no fix the code and make the game easier to develope. Ether thats is not the case or the new game machanics such as better animations , body posing , scene transition , playable character switching is too ambitious for this coder. But ive seen stuff like that pulled in other renpy games with better development pace so beats me. Im not a coder i can't tell. But i know pople who code and they say its not the most complex development engine. As seen with other games on the site. Maybe the codder just sucks or its lazy.

Incest Patch for the latest update (WIP 6705) and the Pre-Tech Version (0.20.16)
This is a patch that reverts back the relationship of the characters to how it was before the change in Patreon policy. For feedback and suggestions, please seethis threadI've created.
Much more comprehensive list of changes to dialogue. I checked almost every line of dialogue and made sure it flowed correctly. This is not just a simple name change for the characters, but whole blocks of lines are back to their 14.5 version of the game (the last version that has incest). New dialogue written for this tech update also were taken into consideration since DarkCookie is adding new story beats. I'll try to make the dialogue conform to their familial relationship as much as possible. I also modified the art asset to fit the new widescreen resolution of the game, and will continue doing so as needed.
What about other incest patches out there?

Relation Tweaker Mod is not compatible with my patch. However, I recommend using this one instead if you want to customize the relationship between characters. This patch allows step relations or mixed step/incest relations. It works with the new tech updateonly.
Relation Tweaker Lewd+ is standalone and should work with any incest patch/mod. It works with the new tech updateonly.
Naughty Tribute Mod is not an incest patch, but a mod for the pre-tech version (0.20.16). There are some compatibility issues I haven't looked into yet. Someone in this thread uploaded a fix here, and while I haven’t personally tested it, you’re welcome to give it a try.
Installation:
Pick only one version of the mod. Use the appropriate patch for the version of the game you're using.

This game has always had and always will have loose ends that will never get tied up... It cant stop teasing the player with unfulfilled potential and future content implications.
Just speaking about the volume of scenes alone.. It really shouldn't be that hard or time consuming to make and implement a bunch of (pregnant) sex scenes at the end of a girl's quest for example. All they have to do is write minimal dialogue.. If art isn't the bottleneck then why are the repeatable sex scenes so sparse? Why aren't there different angles we can choose from? Why did we buy a swimsuit for Debbie in her "finishing" update when there's no content with it?
Idk man, this is the first update I've played and actually kind of liked in a long while, but even if the content wasn't getting drip fed at a snail's pace, it just leaves a lot to be desired imo.
