There's been no need to update the i-patch because there's been no new i-scenes since the patch was released.
In other words, the patch is up to date.

Main story is that the MC's dad dies leaving a huge debt owed to the mob. He has to get money to keep them away from the family and find a way to remove the shady elements in town.

I get that part. I remember I got to sleep with the mom. And the big boob girl in the bathroom. Some stuff with the Nun wife I think. I think that's it.

Oh, those I consider as side stories. There are honestly too many girls and their routes to list them but there is a lot more than the three you listed. What's great about the game is there's no drawback for going after them all.

How do I trigger the scene with the Captain and Sara doing it in the lifeguard tower, and the MC is watching them? I can't find this scene in the walkthrough, but I can see it in the Cookie Jar.

Ofc you can, But with different saves. FYI, Remember to do the art stuff before aunt gets the barn, or u might be stuck
