How do you start the route with Mia?

If you are playing the Tech Update version, it's really simple. You don't. Her route hasn't been implemented yet.
In the older game version, you need to have had a tutoring session with the French teacher, Miss Bissette, and on a later day go to Mia's house after school. The WT often mixes up 'afternoon' and 'evening', so try both.
