Others - Sunken Veil [v0.1] [Num3rical]

So far it's a nice game overall with good art and animations. The writing is mostly good, though the writing for the sex scenes themselves feels flat, without much buildup.
There's a lot of tonal whiplash specifically with the voyeurism element, and what the characters feelings with it are, flipping between being open or secretive with seemingly no rhyme or reason. One scene Dispatch will know exactly what's happening and talk to Marina about it, and one scene later he hears her and acts like he's never heard of sex before. One scene Marina will try to hide everything she's doing, and one scene later is screaming begging to be bred. It really seems like the game should just go with one direction or the other. It makes the tone and scenes feel inconsistent with any kind of characterization of the cast.
Gameplay could be sped up somewhat, with picking up items and diving taking longer than what feels satisfying while nothing interesting is happening. Or at least an option for it to be instant unless dialogue for the item is necessary.
I'm hoping the writing will improve over time, and look forward to see what comes of future updates.

After playing through the demo, I'm very impressed by this game so far! Voyeur games are few and far between, so it's that much better that Sunken Veil has both stunning art and is actually enjoyable to play. I'm very excited to see how this game will develop in the future, but even as a 0.1 demo it is 100% worth your time playing as-is.

The first game on this site with an actually good gameplay loop, plus all the other good stuff is top tier too. Though I do wish that there would be more buildup to the divers taking advantage of her.

this game have almost everything to be best:
1. great pixel art and animations.
2. interesting ( forsome people) gameplay,it can be boring sometimes but this game have many uniqe locations so monotonousness bearable.
3. interesting world and main character story.
But this game have some minor issues that will be fixed in next updates so i look forward for more animated scenes, more lore and more locations to dive with new threats.

An insane 0.1 with basically as much content as the game that inspired it's final version

It is undeniably faithful to its source, but it does expand on the original with animations and better UX, namely it's not excruciatingly slow and has a more reasonable skip function but also better handling of the cutins. Great work and totally worth supporting

Absolutely amazing. Gameplay is fun enough to keep you engaged exploring the levels, lewds are amazing, fun theming kept things relatively fresh. I basically played for four hours nonstop and this was just the demo, looking forward to see how this goes!

Good game a really good game its a great game the demo holds alot of content on its own the artstyle and the gameplay of the game is really unique a nice extra addition maybe could be a stomach buldge in standing art and some more expressions in general. Still a 9/10.

Sunken Veil is a lovechild to the game Salvor Deep. The 0.1 for Sunken Veil has most content recreated from Salvor Deep, with replicated near 1:1 creations of the original levels. The creator of the original, Delusria, even offered Num3rical the assets to recreate, though new assets were used instead, giving the new game a fresh coat of paint from the original content.
The largest difference is the recreated scenes with new artwork, which cannot be described as lazy imitations: some scenes are animated, others are completely god-tier (especially the tentacles).

There is a very ambitious plan for this Sunken Veil, with massive updates planned and content assured through their extremely active Discord, which hosts competitions for writing and artwork.
The best part of all: this game is entirely free. There is no plan to make this game cost anything. No paywalls. You on F95 get this game free, just like everyone else.
That is a nice change in this industry where paywalls are common.

Love this game, it's a lot better than the original. The only thing I wish is the player in the top was a little more detailed, but past that, the game is peak. I'm excited to see where this game goes when it's fully out

Kino, very good progression from the original game which I bought and loved. One note is that it would be nice if I could keep the ntr scenes, but toggle the other diver's dialogue. Very happy that they redid ALL of the art. Anyone complaining about stolen work hasn't been following the development, there was some drama with the original creator but they smoothed things over and last time I checked the og dev was ok with it.

it's just a great game, and that's what matters.

This game is so nice! Especially for someone who loves Cumflation like me! It's just a pity that the Futanari on Female scene doesn't have Cumflation, I really like the Cumflation genre, especially Futanari on Female + Cumflation! So I wish the devs and artists would add more Futa On Female + Cumflation scenes!
But the art is great, and so is the animation, I hope the devs and artists keep it up and update more soon!

This is a very nice start and i am looking forward for the next release.
The art and animations are gorgeous and the game feels very fast/optimised.
On the other hand some of the ui is not the best, the resource buttons are not very readable, the yes a no button could be a little bigger and the fast forward button doesnt feel responsive at all, but these are just nitpicks tbh compered to the great content we got already.

soo idk what kind of drama has happened between this dev and dev of salvor deep, but hey who cares

both are good games and looks like salvor deep is not gonna get updated anymore, so im all for this newer version. i hope the dev expands the game much more, coz i like the atmosphere, gameplay and exploration.

since this is a demo, of course it needs some tweaking but so far so good. i like that there are different scenes here and i hope to see even more variaton with mushrooms, gameplay, new animals from the deep, new characters... looking forward

First of all, wouldn't call it an NTR game. At all. The girl is just your employee and she's just a slut. She can and will suck a guys dick, thank him for it and tell him the pain felt good even if you say "no, don't bathe with that guy". This is not NTR because she's someone you met like 2 days ago, have never seen in person and have no non-work relationship with.
Its a bit weird, since the game introduces aphrodasiac spores that could push her to this kind of action... if she didn'tjust gag for dick and ignore people molesting her baseline.
It'd only be NTR if the shopkeeper who clearly does crush on your hardcore was th one diving (who the mc seems not into for... no apparent reason. She's hotter than the actual female main)

The actual gameplay loop is... functional. You click around a map, you click icons to grab stuff, dive under water (grab stuff with a different picture) or open doors/jump over fences. That's really it. At the end of the map, you choose who gets paid what, but there's no debt or anything for you I can see so I just always gave the diver all but 1 cash. You can buy stuff in the shop but
A: The girl doesn't react if you do this, so there's no stroy benefit
B: The gameplayis braindead, i literally don't care about any benefit at all

The strength of the game really ist just the writing. Its nothing particularly special (and the girl being so happy to deepthroat cock underwater where she literally can't breathe out of nowhere is straight up jarring) but the characters are generally likeable. I wasn't bored reading any new dialogue.

I was bored reading repeat dialogue, like when you grab items on the floor. That should have an option to just turn it off. Entirely

Lots of reading, but the dialogue is entertaining enough, and honestly, well-written most of the time, which is a must anyways since the gameplay loop is mostly reliant on the dialogue and explainations of what's going on, refer to the preview images as that will be the most of the game.

The game play is mostly roaming around in areas while the diver and player make charming small talk. The player advices the diver on what to do, in certain events, although most of the time she just jumps into sex scenarios when given the chance (which is great).

There's enough Art/Drawings for events that occur doing exploring, and there's a good amount of them currently. Most of them are static images but some are nicely animated.

A lot of potential for this one, will be following actively. Only feedback i can give currently is maybe hints on how to get left over H-scenes when completing an area. Also thanks for the Blowjob Num3rical.

I spent about 4 hours playing through the demo which is surprisingly long for a demo but i genuinely enjoyed it the CGs and animations were very well done and there is nothing bad i can say about them

the audio does need some tweaking but according to the devs thats already planned for the first update so im fine waiting on that during my playthrough i ran into a few minor bugs but nothing major or game breaking

overall its a solid demo with a lot of promise and im looking forward to seeing how the game improves with future updates

Now, the game is pretty good for its art and some lore stuff scattered around, I personally like the game for its atmosphere and tags, some pretty fun stuff is here and the gameplay shows promise, can´t wait for the next update, good luck dev!

The game is fun, i really like the art and animations, with the variations in each scene. Very interactive, the audio is also well put together. Lore wise its also interesting. For people like me that dislike ntr there is a flavor option that re-establishes the scenes as non ntr without losing any content, which i appreciate a lot. For lazy people theres also an option of unlocking the full gallery from the get-go with the "password" which is nice. So overall its a very forgiving and user friendly game, while also being high quality. Its 4 hours of content on a 0.1 release, which is already like a full game. So for what it is its definitively a 5 out of 5 for me.

Finally....

A game that has NTR in it that isn't just your average RPGM/VN or Phone Game.


Very interesting premise from the game as well as the scenes that pop up - I personally think you should be able to grab ALL H events in one go but that's up to the dev.

art is incredible. probably prefer this style over the original's. love the animations. big props to the artist

gameplay is mostly the same. suffers from the same problem as the original with the character moving a little slow still and can be a bit clunky/painful to navigate them correctly

writing is a downgrade, in my opinion. the dialogue sounds a bit less organic, and there's less of an individual focus on the diver/dispatch relationship which i personally prefer less, given this is primarily an NTR/voyeur game. diver sometimes speaks like it's a marvel movie, as well as grammatical errors. they also talk way too much compared to original. walls of exposition.

audio is also a little out of sync but think this is getting fixed first.

worth trying for the art alone. definitely worth trying if you're an ntr/voyeur fan
