It's been a while since I last played, but I think you needed to click pretty much everything in the room. I think there's a key to highlight all interactable objects, but I don't remember what it might be.

Holding CTL should highlight everything, but some key items are the box, the paper on the corner of the top box, and the elbow pipe to the right. There is also the toolbox if you are still working on fixing the pipe.

Ah yes, replay only, which means it's useless if you restart the game.It's like literally in the game...
I literally have a sore finger now after restarting the game 3 times and clicking like 20000 times for no reason

Just use your save from previous version, duh.
Or don't, but don't restart the game if you don't want to go through again. Which is kinda the point of a restart... Mhhh that's a tough one
Also, there's a 100% save on this topic, you'll go through everything in a blink as it will be replay, but your soul will be miiiiiiiiiine
