VN - Ren'Py - Superhuman [v0.999] [WeirdWorld]

I tried this game because the premise was interesting.
I was immediately hooked. The story, the characters, it's like a book that I just can't put down. I have to keep reading.

It has a good mix of superpowered action, and relationship drama, a mix of the world of heroes/monsters, and humans.

My only complaint is the art style, some of the skin tones look sickly, and the proportions get ridiculous, but I still love it for the points I mentioned earlier.

Can't wait for updates.

Damn , I fucking love this game.. I have lot of love for the big games in this site and all but rarely some games were able to get things right.. perfect music choice , right amount of art pieces and the narration with all emotions thriving in the dialogue exchanges ! Wow.. when the art brimmed beautifully as it went on.. making all the girls more of an exception , it felt special and i got really excited to see even some of the girls I found distasteful ( in the appearance ) !
Felt the jake , Deryl and mc thing was little dragged out ! All the characters were engaging , with the idea of many possible routes especially !
Hope Jared suffers more ! If the dev is reading this.. pls utterly humiliate Jared !

Dropped about 1 hour into it, reached around 3 endings, the first 30 minutes was real reading but the latter half started skimming a lot more.

I love that it's a proper VN rather than a porno. There's characters, there's plot, there's sophisticated routing where your decisions matter. That's great, I think.

The biggest con for me though is that it just doesn't pander to me. It just doesn't give me that sense of power fantasy I look for in my entertainment. The characters are lame rather than cool. There are so many dudes in this VN, why? They take up so much screen time and don't have anything to interest me. The girls also don't make me happy and excited to get with them, rather they're weird and unappealing. Like, if they came up to me IRL I would pass on fucking them.

Also the art is horrible but I try to think mostly about the story.

However I see the effort put into this and will revisit this later if the good reviews from other people continue.

pretty cool game. It's clear this dev likes anime, manga lol etc. Game feels like a seinen manga that had a baby with a shonen manga. Sex scenes are pretty much the same. Lots of missionary, tit fucking. surprisingly the current game is a lot longer then i thought it would be.

Took me like 15 plus hours to reach the current end. The world building is there, interesting characters all about, good intrigue, nice action. The art is unique. Even if this game had no sex scenes, i would still play it. The music is varied and awesome. It fits the game perfect. Can't wait to see where this game goes. Definitely a sleeper hit.

This was so much fun I really enjoyed it and I am looking forward to the next update. While the art isn't the best it has a charm that really grows on you and the story is absolutely amazing. 5/5 stars great game.

Came for porn and stayed for the story. It's one of these games that has great story that you might even not care for porn. Art is nice but I can see why some people might not like it, plus there is quite a lot of grammatical errors (like using they're when it clearly should their).
I must say, when I downloaded it, I didn't expect to get sucked in by the story. That was a nice surprise.

Expected a simple monster fapping simulator, got hours of engaging story, nice characters and even some emotional moments.
Strongly recommended but it has some gore and very graphic (mostly text) scenes, so be warned.

I somehow missed this game for over a year. Definitely one of the best games on this site. Fairly unique with a ton of content. Given it's at version 0.9b I am assuming the game is almost complete.. It seems like it isn't that far from a possible ending anyway. If you are reading this and haven't check it out, download it.

First: i encountered a bug, the Cheerleader Epilog was not accessible for me. Probably because in scripts/eventscheerleader.rpy with label cheerleaderhunt25 the cheerhunt counter is increased 2 times (Line 3806 is the wrong one?). I had to manually increase the if clause from 17 to 18 in one of the scripts/day79 to 82 or something .rpy files to start the scene, Or if someone reads this, you could also use a save file editor and reduce the cheerhunt variable to 17.

Rating to the game: nice game, nice story, good and creative scenes. Only the art/artstyle can feel sometimes a bit low quality/lazy, but you are fast accustomed with it and then it is fine. Not enough to reduce even half a star for me.

I accidentally pulled an all-nighter playing this game from the start this Saturday-Sunday thinking to myself "How can there be this much content??". I was surpised when it kind of just turned into a full-on VN for a bit with a story that was way more compelling than I'm used to. Still good for a fap in the less dramatic sequences though

Okay so I've spend the whole day playing this and that alone should say just what I feel about it. I was surprised at first not only by the exceedingly long gameplay already in the game but also the story, there are twists and turns and you're never quite sure who is or is not against you.

That and there is some trap and futa scenes, at least in the beginning. I do hope before they finish the game there will be more of those, perhaps going back and allowing for a futa option in some scenes as well?

The art is fantastic to be honest and the music and sound effects are blended so well that you enjoy the various events even more. This game was a pleasant surprise!

I don't like VN """games""" but I gave this a shot since it's not a 3d model monstrosity and it's up there at the top right now. In this """game""" you play as the main character from the 2007 video game The Darkness except you can also shapeshift to have futa sex or whatever.

As expected, I didn't finish it because I got bored of the lack of gameplay but it did string me along for quite a while because it actually is pretty well written and interesting (with some complaint). The main complaint I have about it is that the intrigue is drawn out for far too long and new questions are added without resolving old ones causing it to derail my interest.
Also, I don't think it really holds up well in the porn department. I was 100% only on this ride for the story because the porn was not eliciting a response.
Despite that, hats off to the writer, I can see why it's up at the top. Still.....RENPY? VN? EWWWWWWWW

I got hooked on it for three days, I liked the variety of characters and the art is not that bad, especially the newer art which was completely amazing.
I love the concept and feel like there's not enough superhero games.

2D games is cursed with slow updates when fans ask why updates takes 6 or more months author says hard to draw fast so thats always ruins 2D games and people get mad for that.

But for this game wow really wow update every 2 month or less how author can achive that no idea but nice and i was pretty meh when i started play game but then story really good fast and thank god waifus in this game not something like you are handsome so fuck me style they are normal being with deep story even male characters have story i know hard to believe but yup story is good.

Yeah mc is chad with big dick but thats not bad thing in this game because he can turn own dick to pizza tower if he wants that thats why NTR is prettyy meh here not in bad but good way mc strong thats why NTR not gonna work on him so thats good if you dont like NTR and you can avoid it too.

Story without grind(this game for now have no grind) like 10+(cant remember) hours i think maybe less maybe more and thats amazing for low budget indie game and sadly this game little too underrated thats really sad this game %100 worth to play and support.

Story is good and characters good too not all of them but %90 of characters amazing story not boring or repeative and sex scenes good too.

Sure few things can be bad even in good game like this :
-Mc gains powers then later that power is worthless(Mc powers for now hardly revealed because of that he cant get %100 op).
-Mc strong but he need always strugle when new character appears(its classic thing so dont take this as insult).
-Mc strong but somewhat other guys get op fast than mc and for me thats makes little sense(Yeah its can be annoying but still Mc is all rounder so thats makes sense in some way he have many talents powers so he cant grind only one of them).

For me this things can make game little less fun but thats normal because if mc gets op early game gonna be get really boring so this is just really small problem.

This game is dark really dark lot of rape like things here murder here too guro and other bad things so i understand you know not many can like this but believe me this game is really good and worth to play and support so i wanna say thanks to author for making this amazing game and cant wait to see more.

I really like the game and overall style but the weird skin tons and color gradients between some characters heads and bodies is a little off putting to me, but with the teaser for the work in progress character styles of ella i cant imagine ill have this complaint at the finished game

For a game named superhuman, I expected to be empowered. That was my first mistake. Other than the original fight, The player loses all conflicts ( I don't consider saving 27ppl out of 100+ as "winning". Perhaps I am in the minority, but considering a power stat exists, I also assumed fights were winnable through raising that. Truthfully only the encounter with mafia men 1-4 reminded me of the character war superhuman ( though losing to an MMA fighter than nearly having a player's arm dislocated from another character lacking powers did ruin the illusion already ). At least having lost to those who had their powers longer gave the excuse of experience, which was again shattered when a character gains powers and is shown beating our ass with said new powers while not having any experience with powers.
This ramble has lasted long enough though. If you enjoy watching other Superhumans this game is for you. Though then I suggest the name changed from "SuperHuman" to "The SuperHumans". Bit more honest.

superhuman is one of a kind, it is unique and interesting. I love the custom art it makes the game feel more special, sex scenes are great and have a good amount of kinks. The best part of this game for me is the story and fights scenes. Better story then AAA games fight scenes are always epic and the mc can make lots of choices in the story giving it replay value.

there is a lot in this game and that is incredible.
