this is the weirdest game I have ever played, it's trying to be 60 different things while being dogshit at all 60, the game is massive while it feels like its literally nothing. I honestly can't describe it in words how much of an anomaly this game is on this site.

the game its self is one of the grindyest game on this site all for mostly nothing, there's no porn in this game, ok I lied there is but to find anything will take you around 6 hours of gameplay...per scene...

the only reason I think this game is as high up as it is is because of the potential it has promised for 4 years but cannot seem to deliver :/ hell the only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is that I was to see this game be great I truly do but after 4 years of the same bullshit tweaks and meanless additions when is enough enough

play this game is you want to experience drugs or you dislike yourself

I really wanted to like this game, I really did. I loved the concept and setting but the execution is the problem.

90% of this game is pure grind. It is one of the grindiest games I've played on this site and I've played a lot of them. The problem is that the game doesn't attempt to speed up time in any way. You play it like it is real time. You only have enough energy and charm to do a very limited amount of things per day. The game mechanics have been hand picked to slow you down and make everything extremely repetitive.

Despite what I had hoped, the game really only has one formula for success. If you don't choose the right powers, you'll end up unable to progress or doing double or triple the grind that is already there. If you don't use a walkthrough for the game you won't understand what is going on and how to accomplish things. The game does a poor job of giving the player feedback on their choices. So forget the "build your own hero or villain" unless you want to get eternally frustrated and spin in circles.

I did not finish the game. I simply didn't want to. Far too much repetition for little progress and gain. You could spend weeks on this game and only barely be able to beat up the average non-super criminal in this game. Game progression is just painfully slow! The game simply stopped being fun so I had no desire to continue.

The graphics are average and the sex scenes are acceptable but not great.

I can't recommend this game unless you love spending weeks on end doing the same things over and over again. I do that plenty in real life, I don't want that in a game. I am not against grind, just this insane amount of grind.

I don't like games where a walkthrough is required and this game is exactly that. The best games I've played have been intuitive enough to not require one. There are a lot of game mechanics that would take you months to be able to figure out on your own. Not a good design!

Amazing concept, great execution, there are several areas which this game can get better, but its still in development and shows great promise. There's a real sense of progression, and sometimes it can feel grindy, but thats due to the gameplay being limited, the characters and storylines are actually quite good.

This is a very interesting game.

The game play is deliberately abstract and built around managing resources and stat levels of characters you intact with.

The sex is hot and varied and the many little stories are funny and deeply engaging.

Learning to play the game with all the interactions and super power can let you build of the lust, love and favor to access the hot sex scenes... but there are also more ongoing character chains to unlock fetishes. These stories are funny and entertaining in their own right, but they also unlock more specialized sex scenes with the different girls.

Despite the initially similar seeming interaction... the fetishes and stories really make the girls individuals. It's not just having sex with a short blond in a chem lab, or having sex with tall brunette in the debate class, Alie and Kelly are very different and realized characters. (plus there are a dozen).

The superpowered main story and setting is good fun, giving a coherent in-universe reason for why our dorky protagonist acts like the sociopathic adult game protagonist.

It's a great game and people should really support the developer who brings out regular updates 2 months in 3.

Great story, great concept and a very cool universe.
The graphics are okay-ish.
But the interface is a "Hell No!" and kills it. Very complicated and missed interface that made me rage quit.
The game could be so much better with only an interface upgrade...

Solid game, the core of the game as in how it is presented has not aged well, it should have been completed two years ago but it's still going and has no signs of either updating how its presented or getting a sequel. As it is this game should have become a classic.

Way too much grind, mechanics are just so unecessary and over the top, building relationships is just grind conversations, where you spend points to talk to the girls, considerably slowing down your progression, and every time you even manage to get it with them, you spend your lust points and you'll have to build it up again for a repeated scene with no changes whatsoever.
Getting new jobs takes sooooooo much time, the powers feel really underwhelming considering you have to work so much to afford them. Not only that, combat is so stupid, I spend an hour fighting an auto-healing enemy that was essentially immortal. But the icing on the cake was that following the girl completely locks your progression with her, once I read this on the wiki I just deleted the whole folder, this game is not worth it, you might as well watch paint dry, since it will be quicker.

Very good game, just be aware of a few things:
A) the beginning is a little rough as you have to grind both money and influence in order to get more powers which allow you to pursue more characters
B) the scenes are generally a bit short (except for the final sex scenes with characters which have quite a bit of content) however there is loads of them so you won't run out for basically the entire game
C) Art is good, however some characters may not appeal to you whether due to their appearance or fetish - you don't have to pursue any characters so you can ignore them but you will miss out on content as some characters require levels of completion with other characters to get certain scenes and so forth.
It's a good game, but don't play if you can't handle some grinding at the beginning (it can be rough - especially if you are new to the game or unused to grinding).

Comment/ Question: How is Stephanie to young for sex, but in a bathroom break I can watch her have a 3 some? And can't she have a B-Day some day so she can be eligible? Why have the option to have sex with family if she isn't able to join the fun?

This game is an interesting game, but a bit of advise skip combat and just call it in combat is so tedious and boring it really isn't worth the effort.

Short and simple:
This game is awful.

The grinding is bad - not as mindnumbing as other reviewers may make your think but it is not exactly fun because this game is very sparing with scene variation, meaning that if you've seen a grind scene once, you've basically seen them all, so have fun clicking through that one again over and over as you go through the hour-long routine of building up some stats, cash, and relationships.

Now, that kind of grind would be okay-ish (after all, making a genuinely good game is a challenge and the focus could simply be elsewhere), if the rewards made up for it.
The sad thing is, however, that they decidedly do not.
The characters are trope-y, their design ranging from decent to uncanny valley to straight-up terrible, accessing most scenes is a chore and the full scenes themselves come in two variations (for the full sex-scene) which are okay but short and always follow the same three-stage pattern.

In summary, it's one of those games that have a fantastic premise and are ambitious in scope but sadly fumble all the central points of the execution. I know a lot of work has gone into this, which makes me all the more sad to say it, but this game would take some serious overhaul to make it worthwhile.

I didn't take the warnings about the grind seriously enough and was lured in by the screenshots. Don't make my mistake. THE GRIND IS UNREAL. I played the game for 3 hours before giving up, utterly bored and without anything to show for it. I can't even say the sex scenes are worth the trouble because I didn't see any. Besides, it's confusing to follow even with a walkthrough. It's easy to do the wrong thing and you can't roll back your actions.

The hardest game for understanding. Even with cheats code I dont have any ideas what to do. You have to read ton of information to understande plot and passibility for making up with some one. Graphic like a 5 year ago game dont help the situation. Still, this game has nice idea and world to realize this idea, but whole menu, interfaces, tasks and tips so bad, so you just close the game.

THE GRIND! Okay, I know this has been stated before but this game is an over-complicated, aimless grind that would make the Soviet High Command blush.

I actually thought the premise was interesting and the variety of females was excellent. However, once you get past the intro you figure out that getting the game to advance requires luck, a spreadsheet of women's conversational likes and dislikes and a walkthrough to figure out what the hell you need to do to get anywhere. It all becomes way too much. I honestly don't mind some grind in a sim game, but it has to balance with interesting activities and a good story.

Finally, the sex scenes are not worth the grind, and the diversity of possible females actually makes it difficult to connect to any of them as a player, they are all pretty soulless.

That being said, if this is your kind of thing, power to you!

I want to hate this game, i really do.

tl;dr: It's worth playing with cheats, but the grinding and RNG really kills the fun.

Pros:

• Wow, this is the most complex game i ever see in this site. Are you also working for Bethesda or something? I appreciate the complexity.
• I like the slow corruption progression.
• I like how some characters cannot be physically interacted (yet) because they're related, too old, too young, or lesbian.
• The number of powers and their side effect is a brilliant system!
• The girls have (mostly) distinct personality. It's awesome how it conveys in small amount of dialogue.
• The girls change their attitude or body language depending on the level of Lust.
• The girls are beautiful and don't have ridiculous measurements.

cons:

• Oh my god.... does it really need to be this grindy?
• Some scenes are automatically cut. Like the physical interactions.
• the sex scenes are also quite brief, but acceptable.
• There are very little things to do in the house.
• The icons on the map doesn't say what they are. You need to confirm whether to go there or not to know what place that is.
• Speaking of interface, why is the main menu consumes a lot of CPU resource?
• Some story elements can only progress once a week.
• There are barely any hints. When there are hints, they're amusingly mean.
• There is no impact whatsoever when the MC gets his first sexual experience. It's like he's a fuckboi all along.

Despite all the cons, this is one of the better games out there. Definitely not for a quick wank, since your hands will be too tired. Yes, HANDS, because my right hand gets tired from clicking so much, so i use my left hand to press the space button, and then my left hand gets tired too.

I love the mind control/corruption system in this game. Just the way I want to see in this kind of games. Story and character developments are smooth too. I loved how you can assign perks for characters. If it was animated this would definitely be my favorite game of all. Still it is a close second.

This is a bad game with some of the best content on this website. The actual gameplay is nothing but a grind, and it wastes your time with horrible RNG odds plus unreasonable stat requirements for certain actions. It's all just clicking, with some light energy/stat management. You'll be doing a whole lot of clicking. There is absolutely nothing interesting about actually playing this game as designed.

It is a near-necessity to cheat through this game. Either use console commands in Renpy or download one of those cheat mods. Get to the content that interests you by any means necessary. Do not bother grinding to get to it - it's not worth it and will suck your soul directly out of your body. There's just nothing rewarding there. Do not actually play this game.

Despite all that, I am giving this game five stars. Why? Because I absolutely do not care that it's a bad game. I don't play these types of games for the gameplay. I care about the content. If I wanted a good video game, I'd play Zelda. I've had more enjoyment from cheating around this game than I have in basically any other equivalent game, and that's because the author knows that content is king.

The scenes are well-written, varied, well-rendered, and extremely numerous. There may not be another game on this website with as many unique scenes, and there definitely is not another game here with as many fleshed-out scenes. I wouldn't recommend the game without them.

Most developers on this website could learn from this game's example. Load your game up with well-written, well-rendered scenes and the most basic, rudimentary gameplay and it'll be fine. Don't spend all your time making a middling JRPG, wrestling with the Unreal Engine, or designing 45 different terrible minigames. They will all be bad and forgettable; there are vanishingly few fun h-games. You will not be the first person to make a fun Renpy menu game. It doesn't matter! If you're creative and write/render/animate/draw something, it'll be much, much better.

SuperPowered has the potential to be a good game, but fails to live up to it.

The game is overly grindy. Yes, nearly every review of this game says it, but the Night City Productions doesn't seem to be hearing this clear feedback that has been saying the same thing since the game was first launched.

Writing: Due to the grindy nature of the game, the actual writing is submerged in a million other points of repeated dialogue. There are many typos and grammar errors which have persisted for years. It's implausible to believe that Night City has never received any feedback on these. It seems more likely that he/they don't care. No stars for writing.

Plotting: There are several plots in SuperPowered. Unfortunately, due to the excessive grind, the steps that advance the plot are buried under thousands of repetitions of the same text. Many aspects of the plot are driven by RNG, so its entirely possible that you may never have access to the route you want, even if you have a walkthrough. And you really should have a walkthrough. There are far reaching consequences to your choices with no indication of how they'll affect you. You may not even realize how badly you've been railroaded until 40 turns later. 1/2 star for plotting.

Artistic Appeal: The characters are adequately modeled, although in many cases the poses intended to look aroused or alluring seem daft or addled instead. Still, there are some scenes that have some amount of raw sexuality to them (and many that succeed at creepy instead). 1/2 star for artistic appeal.

Game Design: The interface is functional but there's nothing special about it. Some of it seems to require extra clicks (you select a character by clicking her in the scene, but to select a new character, you can't just click her, you must unselect the first one, then select the new one), or is inconsistent (the phone is exactly the opposite, you select the character, send an interaction, and it then returns to character menu in phone so you must select again to send a second interaction). Related to the plot problems above, one choice early on can eliminate all other options later on (e.g. investigating Tamara) so that you're stuck on that track whether you want to back out of it or not. No stars for Game Design.

Did you ever want to work for free? Well then, search no more, this game will make you work like a workaholic with its broken game-play (broken is the understatement of the year).

There is no game in this, it's just work, work and more work until you get to see that two frames of action, and then get back to work again.

Game concept is great I love the super powered idea.
The game has some its good and bad points.
To be upfront one scene killed the entire game for me and that was Derek and Sandra setup. I won't get into that aspect here.

The art work is good and characters are fairly decently developed.
There is one major issue with the story which you will need to choose to ignore to enjoy the game. That is the fact the super people are effectively made into a class of people with less than human rights and considered no more than property. Ignoring the fact it's supposed to be a modern civilized society it wouldn't work. If you couldn't keep no super beings as effectively slaves how fucking long before the super powered people rise up and squash the shit out of the government for its action. Given they have side effects like Anger I would bet in the first month or two at most.
That or till the first one gets their drink on and decides to take a piss on the capital while flying over.

One of the characters super power is an eidetic memory. Yep just like some no super people have. The only difference being one got his by drug the other got his by genetics normally. Now the one who got the shot lost his rights such as the right to vote is even listed. Can't get a job unless it's approved.

Now for game play. There are several issues. The tutorial is missing images so pops up an error but you can just skip it.
The game acts like it is networked on a really laggy connection on some of the screens. They aren't even really busy screens with a lot of functions. The map screen is a good example the mouse will get stuck and jump across the screen. I didn't look at the code but he is probably got some sort of poling going on looking for when a click is made or some crap. Either way it's done wrong like that on various screens and needs to be fixed.

Then actual game play. I hope you like grinding.
You have to grind for money, grind for increasing your character and grind for grades...and then you have to grind to keep the girls up .... Point is hope you like grinding.
