Try these,it's my saves but it's a bit far from the new content, also i don't know how to rename characters.
Save location: C:\Users\*user_name*\AppData\Roaming\Godot\app_userdata\SweetSummerJob
Before loading the desired save, remove the number in front of the name.
I cannot see hidden files on my windows and yes i have seen tutorials. But , can any1 tell me what is new from 0.3 to 0.4 ?

There is no save from 0.3 to 0.4. These are just my saves thanks to which you will not start from the beginning of the game.
I know , man , but i cannot acces hidden files from my computer to copy paste in 0.4 version. In other words , can u tell me what is new since version 0.3 ? Any changelog? What sex scene are ?
This game has a lot of promise but boy it needs some TLC. I look forward to maybe two or three updates. Please don't abandon it.
