I am looking for a game where the mc has the option to share or swing his wife/ gf/ others or start an open relationship with the wife or gf.
Prefer Renpy engine
No Japanese games...
Eg: midlife crisis, deliverance etc
Already played games:

Thank you for the comprehensive list. I've either played or checked out all of those, and you make good recommendations. But for me, its so frustrating that this genre that I'm really interested in has so few female characters that I'm actually attracted to. Almost all of these games have girls that either look far too young for my tastes, and/or are far too thin/shapeless.

I want something of this nature with curvy women in their 30s/40s with wide hips, big chests and big butts. So many of the curvy Milf games seem to only want to have those women hook up with college age guys, and never more experienced MCs.
