Extract the entire zip to the plugins folder? Also the x64 gives me a System.AccessViolationException error whenever I try to run the game while the x86 doesn't even work.

Got it to work with 1.0.1 using the control.txt method, also my AV was off.

do any of you guys know any other games that have NPCs having sex in the background, She ill server, Flower Witch (and one other game i dont know the name of) are good examples, i'm more in to NPCs having sex so i am curious if there are any games like them

It's something I search for often, here's some, but theirs a lots more out there, I unfortunately never fully sorted my side-scroller folder.
