Updated for 0.48
Made a mod, that enabled a option to select how many fields you want to jump (after the first round).
Put the file in the game folder and overwrite.
The option shows after you roll your dice and you can click on "Steps" and than you can choose between 1 and 6 steps.

It helps a lot, it's very good.

Can we get a proper gallery with a full event rather than some pictures, game is rather grindy even with the mod. It would help if people want to stick to one path and don't have to grind for other parts.

Agreed with this. Its a tough game to grind through not having the animations to playback is real shame.

The grind doesn't help when old saves give errors every screen so you need to start from scratch

The only steady job available so far (v033), is waitress. In v034 that changes to hostess with pros and cons though. The stats for this change don't matter.

Wow what a hidden gem. I was not expecting the story to be like this and for MC to really care about MJ (at least on friendly path). Thought it would be a typical take advantage of young starlet so I've really enjoyed the flip.

That's exactly what I think as well - it would have been easy to write a MC who takes advantage of the girls he encounters, but instead we get to roleplay a flawed but good-at-heart guy who is doing his best in the dog-eat-dog world of the LA entertainment industry. MJ is a gorgeous young country girl with a big dream, but she's not stupid and she's not an easy victim for anyone. The surrounding cast are nearly all realistic with their own backstories and motivations.

Basilicata is a no shallow horny teenager, and the maturity of the story is a direct connection to his empathy for his fellow "(wo)man".

On top of this wonderful story background Basilicata adds a unique art style, inventive game play, and an awesome 90s's vibe (music is objectively worse since 1998 fight me), and all I can say is that I love this game and I'm glad the dev accepted my small help.

I just wrote a little QOL-mod, that reduces neccessity for mouse use on PC and allows to make all choices just by using numpad-keys or normal num-keys. Just unpack the screen.rpy in the game-folder of "tabletop bornstar" and overwrite the old one.
This mod should work together with the DiceCheatMod.
Game-Version: 0.5, but probably will work also with later versions, as long, as the screen.rpy is untouched in the update.

God the RNG is so fucked up in this game. I went from doing ok on money to almost broke in two rounds. Two rounds where I rolled seven fucking 6's. It's bad enough that so much of the game depends on random factors, you don't have to make random factors bite so hard.
