Unity - Taffy Tales [S1 v1.0.35 Redux] [UberPie]

Was pretty above average before nothing perfect by any means but the art was unique and appealing to me at least.
Problem is the sudden switch in direction towards NTR development plus using AI instead of an artist is a massive L.
This project is pretty much dead to me at this point, making the character go from dominant to submissive plus the addition of the AI generated art was the final nail in the coffin, updates are so slow too.
It's a shame cause there was something cool here at one point.

Simply put, the use of unedited AI "assistance" in the latest updates and terrible writing (presumably also AI) makes this game absolute dog shit.
The art used to be charming even if it was inconsistent, but now it's been made even more inconsistent and weird with the usual errors you'd come to expect from AI art. The writing wasn't really ever good, but like the art, it too was charming, but ever since the advent of AI assistance tools, the writing seems automated and full of cliche and unoriginality. The "damnit" phrase comes to mind with just how frequently it's used at the end of a sentence (used three or four times in a row in one instance). Genuinely disappointing.

Finally finished the game, I pretty much played a big part of this game twice, maybe 20% or 25%, because I played it years ago and then waited for it to be finished.
A few things annoyed me about this.
First the game seemed to focus on a certain girl at many points, depriving you of the freedom to explore and go after the girl you want, and in the process making you sick and tired of fucking the same girl.
Now fucking the same girl might not be such a terrible thing, but it is when a lot of scenes weren't even innovative, and seemed to be pointless to me, no progression just more scenes for the sake of more scenes.
It's a great game still though, totally worth playing, totally hot to fap to, very few games will provide content this hot.
Update Halloween Special : One of the weakest specials ever, just 1 scene.

No one is playing this game to look at ai art. The dev should be very ashamed and embarrassed. I am a stickler for dark content and I find the mc's manipulation games to be pretty enjoyable, especially when paired with the art as is. It has really exaggerated proportions which some might find to be a turn off but I think is very hot. That has all been sacrificed for very noticeable ai art. Lazy! hope this game is pirated 1 billion times.

It's a really good game but the A.I art in season 5 is something I'm not a big fan off, A.I is more for backgrounds where it's hard to spot

Great game, LOTS of scenes, lots of choices, lots of everything really. The NTR is easily avoidable, trap content is easily avoidable (you get choices for it throughout the game.)
Caters to probably every kink except hardcore ones.

Taffy Tales is a good games but not excellent because of the ntr content that is risible and some of the mechanics that if it were me i would include, for exemple ;

When you have a quest put a deadline because if we don't complete before the date then ntr point/event that will also make the antagonist more credible... Then the ntr tag will have more sense that now.

That was for the season 1-4 and now the season 5, well also the ntr route was risible and boring as fuck... And also I don't want to choice a route that will lead me inevitabely to that main or ntr route, I want my ACTION will lead me... I know that if not easy to make a game and i'm not here to critizing the word acheved but to share what's in my mind, because when I see day 1 my mind tell me that will be timed choice. In my humble opinions that would be a great feature.

Well I really love the art of this game, and for its art I would give it 10/10 ignoring that it takes nearly a year for an update.
The story goes just fine, young boy got his bad side aroused, conquering all the girls around him. That's what I'd love to see. BUT the ntr route is little reasonable. Gameplay is meh, not bad. Just like summertime saga, you follow the missions but you are not really important, just go with the preseted story. (I think i remember that they intended to set 2 routes for the french teacher but in some update they just cancelled it)
The stroy gose really slowly. I have been waiting sister's content since I enter university and now it's the second year since I'm graduated, we finally have her tease content. I'm not implying the time it takes for an update, the thing is they have created plenty of characters yet only a few of them are really involved. That's disappointing.

its very good, not all options are available yet even in beginning. but very tasty on scenes . i would say there are still some miss spelled words here an there other than that great. It be nice if you can get help my making all scenes more movement or action like would spice it up, good shit though .

The animations are great but a lot of the characters kinda look the same, there is also the obligatory new fukable character in evernew update which is annoying because i want to fuck the original characters. there is only little ntr content in the game.

This game is a huge disappointment. A non linear convoluted story line that acts like you've chosen choices that you clearly have not. Character arcs make no sense and game mechanics that are just there to annoy the player. The only saving grace this game has its that the art is mildly good but not even the developer got lazy and started using AI which just threw the game out the window. 1/5 stars. Quick fap only

Played this game because i wanted something that resembled Summertime Saga but at the end it surprised me by being better than it. Good scenes, exploration, story, art and characters.
Highly recommend.

Seriously mate, this game is all over the place, bad gameplay, bad mechanics, no storyline, characters dont make any sense. I've been playing for 40 minutes just walking around interacting with characters, interactions that DONT MAKE SENSE. Some actions make the time skip and some don't, if there was a logic behind it, that's ok, but it doesn't! Serious man, there is a interaction with the shy girl, you have two optios -> play ball with her or dont play ball with her, BOTH SKIP TIME! The art is very good, but the game is unplayable.

Pros:
- Nice love interest variety
- Some character stories are good like Becca
- Content available is very long

Neutral:
- A lot of fetish content. Some will like this, some not.

Cons:
- Another multiple personality protagonist which I find corny
- Some character stories are much less interesting and developed than others
- Plot has gotten quite out there and has struggled to keep up with itself as it descends deeper
- Usage of AI art in S5 isn't as good
- Has simply not been as good in S5 so far overall. The game is starting to rely on more and more extreme content to stay fresh when it should just trust what it's built. The late parts of S1-4 share these issues on a smaller scale.
- No sign of an ending to this game despite 6 years of development which makes me worried that it is going to be just another unfinished abandoned game in the future that milks subscription money as long as possible riding the praise of it's early years.

I'll give 3 stars just for S1-4 which are okay. S5 has hurt my rating and it could quickly drag this rating down to a 1 if the game can't bounce back or declines further in the future.

Beside of sexy art style this game have good plot and good dialogues.This games dialogues can make you excited,horny and least but not least that they make you laugh.Yes game have good jokes and ironic moments.If you're just discover porn games or veteran you should play this game out because it classic.It have a lot content and good characters+art style.So I'm recommending 5/5 game.

Great game, long and full of content. Worth playing all the way through. Original story about a dude banging chicks. Plenty of niches, NTR not mandatory. MILFS, Traps, Corruption, Incest... everything you could hope for.

I played the game upto the point where you start having copious amount of sex with the janitor, and then couldn't find it in me to start it up again
The draw of this game is of course, it's masterwork caricature-style character drawings. But it's like a tasteful artist drew the characters upto the shoulder, and everything below that was finished up by some cave-dwelling troglodyte who has never seen a human body outside of DeviantArt fetish content.
The average body type in this world looks like water balloons tied up by a few strings. In some sex scenes, the women look like those supersized pigs shown in American farms - just skin colored blobs with no discernible feature.
Some male characters are an eyesore too. the protagonist has a body about 1 foot too tall for his face. The middle-aged cuck dude looks as youthful as the protag. The rest of the male cast, however gives you a glimpse into how the game could have been if the artist drew the bodies to match the face.

Overall, many negatives overshadowing the beautifully drawn faces. The protag's just Bully Maguire, but lamer. The game feels poorly coded and full of jank. The first game where I actually want to avoid most sex scenes. If this is supposed to be the good part, I'm lucky I got grossed out enough to tap out.

Was amazing early in development, quickly became Summertime Sage 2.0 with slow/shallow releases. The atmosphere and writing of the game has also degraded over time. I feel the same disappointment with this game that I do for Summertime Saga and other amazing-games-turned-cashgrab.

Such a terrible game...
Time flows in such a weird way, you'll find yourself doing dozen of tasks and time still stands still, and some other time you'll do a task that spans through five paragprahs and makes the day go from morning to midnight.
Some objects appear out of nowhere then disappear.
Conversations are weirdly laid out.
Even the scenes aren't that much to behold.
Don't waste your time playing it...
