Has this game just become a whole revamp for the next year maybe more before finally adding more new content?
Take heart that it somehow still made it into season one, with a new setup even, despite numerous other things being cut. So Uber apparently still has some desire to explore that direction? Maybe? Idk why it would still exist otherwise, it was an understandable artifact in the original version but keeping it was a choice. Maybe now that he's been banned again and will get "less vanilla" we will see more content for these odd paths, like dog. (I know its not happening this is pure cope)
How dumb do you have to be to waste a year reworking your game for Steam and then get banned from Steam? Did he really think a title with incredibly thinly veiled incest and blatant non-con was going to get through? On top of that, when choosing which scenes to include in S1 he jammed in all the incest he could and cut the non incest characters to the bone. When all that's left in a game is jerking off to your mom and sexually assaulting a janitor, what did he expect Steam to do?
I believe it was actually the schoolgirl uniforms as the entire reason for steam to deny the game, which I find funny considering the incest and rape probably would've gotten through.

I think this update or redux has a lot of bugs. Like the fact I have done anything to Clara and she is already calling me master??

Can second the other comment, I also heard that Steam has been cracking down heavier on anything remotely school/schoolgirl looking and Becca's outfit looks pretty much like a school uniform while some background characters look to be wearing similar clothing.

Check back around October but don't expect anything before December.
There is some new content within Season 1 Redux. Same could be expected in each coming Season Redux.
But if you mean an update that is 100% new content... That's at least years away. At least.
new to this game, played through 898c and 1073c, tried looking through the thread, but is there a specific patreon version? When playing 1.073 it felt like characters were coming out of no where, Maria and Harry, and more felt like i missed backstory. Any help?

If you played through v0.89.8 "Seasons 1-4" and the main route in v1.07.3 "Season 5", then you played through everything available for the main route up through the end of January this year. If you played the netorare (ntr) route in v1.07.3 "Season 5", then you played through everything available for the netorare (ntr) route through the end of January this year.
If you choose to, you can play Season 1 Redux - which is about 20-30% of everything that you already played with a few new scenes. All upscaled to 4k and regenerated with AI.
That's it. Everything here is what is available to anyone who subscribed or bought it on itch.
If you mean for Season 1 Redux, there is none. Play the game.
If you mean for v0.89.8 "Seasons 1-4" or v1.07.3 "Season 5" - the codes are listed above the download links. You unlock the save of "old content" leading into v0.89.8 or v1.07.3 and then play the "new" content for each of those versions.
Played through redux as well, but yeah when you play season 5 it feels like you are missing things in season 1-4, maria feels like she comes out of left field. along with other characters.

Maria and Harry don't come out of left field - they have content in Seasons 1-4. Dr Beatrix in the Season 5 netorare (ntr) route comes out of nowhere... that I will agree with. And one would think that instead of giving Alan (Danny's dad) more content in Season 1 Redux --- it would have been much better to introduce Dr Beatrix as part of the new content in Season 1 Redux. But that requires a plan and follow through.
I guess I don't know what you think is disjointed. That said - I wouldn't doubt that some people would feel things escalated quickly in some cases because, again, Uberpie and details aren't like peanut butter and chocolate.

I figured out the way to locate the edit the storyline and dialogs make INCEST PATCH
And I there are multiple languages in one scene
Spanish, French, Japanese....I gonna take lot of time
But
Assets are so messed up. It's so hard to locate the files and then edit them one by one
