Review for Game Version [v0.47.5a]
Pros
+ CG quality is good.
+ Art style is unique and looks great.
+ Pretty simple to figure out what to do and finding the next steps.
+ H-Scenes are done nicely.
+ Decent amount of content in terms of how long you will play and how long the story is as of this game version.
Neutral
*H-Scenes could use some animation to make the scenes better.
*Quite a bit of dialogue. Can be bothersome to read at times since a lot of it comes from MC who spouts the same type of dialogue over and over. Some of it cringe but I just took it at face value.
*Kinks are not for everyone and focuses on domination, BDSM, control and quite heavily hinting NTR scenes(optionally as far as I know) at some point. I didn't mind these however may not be for the average person who browses for new games.
*This is basically a Visual Novel in Unity. Would've preferred Renpy for this kind of game.
*Story is okay nothing great but not terrible.
*One NTR scene where a character close to you gets touched/groped. For those who hate NTR take it for what you will. While I like NTR it just came out of nowhere since DEV stated that NTR would be optional as said on the frontpage of this thread so might be a put off for those who hate NTR.
Cons
- MC is a hit or miss base on the current characteristics and how MC interacts with other characters. I found it personally annoying sometimes how MC acts. Of course its part of the personality but just doesn't flow well enough to make it work and seems forced on how MC acts.
-Choices seems like they don't really matter. You could choose any options for a certain set of choices and same outcome. You could choose a dialogue and revisit to find out the correct one to progress. Quite linear in terms of the choices affecting story.
-Map and movement design seems unnecessary. While it looks nice doesn't add much to the experience. Needless movement from here to here. Click here on this door to go to this room. Click on stairs to go down/up etc... Extra clicking for... exactly. Could've done with a simple UI menu to simply move around rooms if wanting to implement this kind of style or just keep it a simple novel.
- Not much for character variety when having H-Scenes. You will have your one offs at certain points of the story but when you talk about the focus then it is around 3-4 same characters for the majority of the story which is quite long as of this game review version.
- Kind of useless UI design. The only thing I checked was my mission to track my current quests otherwise everything else was useless and not necessary.
Conclusion
Average overall. CG is good with simple steps to figure out what to do. However the story doesn't have too many high points to consider it just for the storyline. MC is a hit or miss which is important as it is someone the player will play and want to root for. MC dialogue can be a bit much and cringe sometimes. H-Scenes do reward players for progressing the storyline and quest's they complete. I would recommend to try it once but don't expect anything great nor big disappointments. Take it for what it is.
