Not sure what you are talking about are you sure it was this game? there aren't any fancy mechanics here that I recall, it's mostly a VN with some extra walking.
You need to build strength for a few tasks, but that about it. Just work your way through the Story segments

The true number of people who like futa quest could be a lot higher but because they didn’t like I didn’t know so I didn’t upload. The only reason I even typed all this is cause it’s not “Pathetic” Lame? Sure. Unnecessary? Hell yea. Pathetic? Hold on, wanting to be appreciated isn't pathetic not everybody wants to do charity work for 0 likes like you Count Morado and I don’t say that in a mean way I say that in an *almost* envious way. I could never spend so much time helping people for nothing and on the opposite side maybe you can’t understand the value of a simple like but it’s not “ pathetic” to want to receive attention and appreciation for taking the extra step to do something. It’s Human.

hey im stuck at a quest because of a bug, i have to snoop into mary room but the door lock, but i have the key anyway to get past it, if not a save past this quest will be appreciated

OMAGahd!

I've been playing for a few hours now well into the night and I was just doing the library mission where Ryoko suddenly popped up, and at that exact moment I felt chills all over my body and my gut started twisting.

My mind was like: "Shit! She's the knife girl! Run!!!".

I was so spooked that I checked my room to see if she came out of the game to kill me.

Then, Lo and behold as i went through the scene she went and said some foreboding things that just cements my gut feeling.
...and I thought that scene with Jessica was disturbing and creepy.

Conlcusion: This game just suddenly became more than just porn with plot to me.

In the NTR route you tell people you are hearing voices and are put on an anti schizophrenia drug that silences your assertive inner self. Leaving the MC as a total wet noodle cuck, who gets cucked and never gets his dick wet.
I am told that the NTR route is a placeholder. I only know what little I do about it because back in the day it was not properly labeled (not sure it is properly labeled now. although people told me it is) so you had no idea that the choice of "tell someone" at the start of the game was actually a choice between chad or chuck.

The non NTR route will occasionally get an NTR scene of dubious optionality added in when it updates.
then people will cry out. so it will either get removed entirely or reworked be more easily avoided.
Honestly the dev should just split it into two different games. It would help with the filesize too.

What version are you playing because this was supposedly fixed in v0.82.4b. You will either need to go to a previous save or download v0.85.1a and start over. There are no save files to share - they are written to Windows Registry.

There is no difference at this time. There is a sneak preview of what NTR may look like in the future - you will know it because it gives you 2 warnings.

That hasn't been said. It is interesting to note that UberPie appears to be using percentage for his version nomenclature - there haven't been 85 versions and numbers have jumped after "mega updates."

You need to change the "Search Options" to "Most Recent" here: https://f95zone.to/account/preferences

In threads as huge as this one, the box search in nearly unusable otherwise. It took me a while to find out that option existed, it probably should be the default option or be available is the box itself, but it's not.

Another QoL tip is that you can actively ignore scumbags that are mean to you for absolutely no reason. Just hover the mouse pointer over their profile name and the "Ignore" button appears (y)
