I'm probably in the minority here, but I really wish devs wouldn't waste their time trying to add more advanced mechanics into a porn game. If I'm looking to game, I'd rather load up one of the hundreds of games in my Steam library.

I was just getting ready to quote that with the same concern. I had just cut and pasted exactly what you did, "it also introduces new in-game mechanics that will hopefully allow it to transition away from being 'just another' visual Novel and into something more unique.", as specifically worrying me.

I mean I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, they've made it this good so far they deserve that, but damn that has a history of ending really poorly in adult games. Reinventing the wheel when we just want more scenes and more art, since it's been out this long people are happy with how it is. I always thought the weakest changes here were when they got cute with the game play, the dialogue pop ups that don't mean much or are essentially a guessing game (guess wrong, no scene for you!), the mini game with the sex toys in the principals office (which I think was an amazeballs good of an idea but it was executed in a way that took most the erotic value out, it should have been slow and enjoyable, instead it felt rushed, playing to beat it meant not being able to just enjoy watching it at first).

I still think this is one of the, maybe the, best game on here but, it was great as basically a VN with some minor puzzle solving. "New mechanics", [shudder], that's usually code for 'more grind, more bugs, less scene, less art'. Crossing my fingers hoping they buck the trend here.

Eh This dev is usually very good with everything in general. If it's animated sex scenes, that would make this game wayyy better imho.

Look, keep something in mind, Uber said that the work was 90% done so far, if we go over time and seeing the images and also finding out that I am a lot of things and also that it can weigh a lot, let's say that This update would be for the middle or the end of February or for there, let's say the ideas I'm thinking

LOL nah bro prolly not, may not even be February at all at this point. He said 90% done, think, is one week 10% of the time between last update and now? Nope. It's been about 7 months so yeah if what he said is somewhat accurate it is happening late February at earliest.

I mean that style looks a bit softer and less defined than what we had before.

I think there was another sneak peek before that one where the MC was watching the TV with Mary lying below her (Couldn't find the exact photo from the thread) but the style of that scene/photo was way different as well (lower quality). The photo you showed wasn't too bad compared to that one (the TV scene was just rather poorly done in comparison to the previous stuff).

I hope that those photos were just the slightly unpolished ones. I personally loved the dark lines the characters had that worked perfectly with the style..

Yeah the other pictures kind of had me worried, I really hope they didn't completely change it, I loved how the art already looked.

Though I do think his scenes were some of the best I ever wrote, I hyper focused on every detail from lighting to the outfits with my notes for Uber. I felt the scene needed a more 'sensual' touch to work the way it did.

I don't think it's a majority, it's just the vocal minority, cause sissies/traps are a niche fetish compared to the broad appeal the game has otherwise. I just think most people aren't really against it as long as it's optional.

I personally am also in the Danny camp, as to me he has always looked really feminine (more feminine than his sister on the photo) and I think that he is also depicted to be more feminine and constrained in character - so Danny scratches an itch that the other characters don't (though Clara, Becca, etc have scratched many of my itches, but Mary and Danny are missing.. Greta is really hot but not "milfy enough" for me).

Well I'm not a good writter but I agree with the Danny case the MC should be more sensual " the french" If you know what I mean.

Hello Everyone,
Apologies for the long-overdue news update; there is a lot to discuss.
First of all, we'd like to thank everyone for your patience during this time; we know it's been very frustrating for everyone involved.
This update is the largest update we've done so far; with over 150 unique scenes and 400 images, it also introduces new in-game mechanics that will hopefully allow it to transition away from being 'just another' visual Novel and into something more unique.
Currently, the latest scenes are still being worked on, and I am testing the game to try to squash any potential bugs.
As you can imagine, given the size of this update, we want to ensure it launches as stable as possible.
The team and I want this update to be the most ambitious one to date.
This update was already going to take longer than the others due to its size and complexity.
While to avoid disappointments, I won't give an exact date now till we're knocking on the release's door,
BUT, I will say that the update is 90% done.
We will be looking into and discussing possible solutions to help prevent a delay as this hopefully soon, as we're always striving to improve.
Once again, thank you all for your patience and support; it means the world to us.

Im excited obviously because I do think this game is solid, but this is exactly why people dont trust devs. When you say "its coming in December" and then you're silent for a month, and the only explanation is "wow boys this ones big haha anyways coming soon" thats simply not good enough. Maybe im just a asshole but if you want 5-10 bucks a month you should at least be able give a update on your currently late product in sooner than 30 days.

It's not the majority of the audience as people interested in gay content are a very small minority in the first place. People interested in a wimpy, girly sub like Danny are an even smaller minority. It's a small group standing on top of a hill with megaphones.
