I think you misunderstood. Nothing Uberpie has stated has indicated such a thing, unless you have some message that many of us haven't seen.

I believe they're referring to IRL content featuring those actual acts, or deepfake content simulating them with real people.

You are correct on one count - I did pull from the general and not the adult TOS... However, if you had continued reading the adult TOS Prohibited content section, you will see it points directly to the same link I also had in my post that you responded to:

There's also a huge difference between SS(Adult) and the other sites though.
I never said the devs HAD to do anything, I just proposed what I'd like to see in future updates. The game still has incestuous, and abusive themes all throughout it, so if SS does change policy and crackdown, it's in the same boat regardless.

I wonder why they’ve stuck to unity aswell. With the remake excuse they have and how many corners UberPie likes to cut, don’t get why they wouldn’t switch over to an engine that isn’t taking a cut. I bet they could even get the game working in Godot.
This Tiffany seems at least 5 years younger. The original version was a lot sluttier.
In my opinion - Tiffany from the last post looks as much like herself from seasons 1-4 as possible. She changed in 5 and I like her more in 5, but specifically in this situation - maximum similarity to the 1-4 version of Tiffany

No. It's only been barely 5 months since the last update. Here's the list of the most recent 6 updates:
