Save files are individual, that's it. I showed what part of permanent.ini you need to change yourself, use Hex Editor.

Every "MDAwMDAwMDAwMDAwMDAwMDAwMDAwMDAw" change to "MDAwMDAwMDAwMDAwMDAwMEYwM0YwMDAw" probably like 20+ times, maybe more, until you unlock everything.
