Ye why people think he is looking for US people only, sure maybe for someone who works in US this is not best salary he can get but also alot of people rather getting paid less and do what they like, alot of people enjoy creating stuffs like this.
In most countries this is not a bad salary, but personally i dislike fixed salaries, it would be much better for every party to get a part of the earnings so they all fully invested and give their best, thats what i would do personally, or fixed +% of earnings.
