Word of advice when advertising is to make people aware of the intended crowd
falsely advertising isn't doing the game favours it just gets you hate.

Rating you fetish 5/5 or 10/10 tells no one anything
If the fetish is despised talking about maniacs is pointless. Eg:NTR (All games with this tag will have the comment is the NTR Optional?)

Gay falls into the same problem if you like it good for you.
If you don't well someone isn't going to be happy.

Spelling isn't my strong suit but this needed to be said, in the end it's up to the people who write reviews in the end.
just don't be surprised when the hate trains follows after false reviews.

It's not anyone elses fault when you cannot do the bare minimum of looking up what the game is about, it just takes at max 5 minutes to determine what it's all about.

Imagine thinking that losing an argument on an internet porn piracy forum is supposedly humiliating. Some person is making blatant errors of judgement and you still collectively somehow come out of it looking like asses. Mah "sexuality 101" and "fucking fuck, fucking read the fucking fags, I mean tags, you fuck" lmao.

With that said there are 3-4 reviews on the first darn page, where somebody specifically mentions futanari fetish and there's, like, two NPCs in the entire game that even look masculine. Just ignore that post

Just havin' a giggle, sorry.

Had no intentions of being an outright asshole to them, even if my message did clearly have some spite to it, just got steamed at how narrowminded they are.

Gay sex is performed by two males, genitals don't come into it.
There is indeed gay sex in this game, but most of the content is around female characters. This game features Top, Bottom and Switch content for both the Female and Male characters you find in this game.

I hope this explains the situation in more clarity, my initial issue with your post was the assumption that you were conflating anal penetration or genitals themselves with homosexuality (which isn't the case for pegging or futa, it has more to do with femininity/masculinity than it does sexuality.)
