MC has an overall feminine body, male primary genitalia, and does not have a vagina, which is not necessary to have to still be considered futa as stated above. It might not be the exact definition of futanari YOU were thinking of, but words change.

You can't. Hiro is basically a femboy and as far as I know that doesn't change and can't change at any point throughout the game. (Unfortunately)

You can give Hiro breasts in the character creation portion, but you can't give a vagina. Not sure if that is what you meant.

1. Download zip file from one of the links on OP
   
2. Unzip the directory to your computer
3. Double-click on TalesOfAndrogyny.exe
   

That's it.

If you want to play an update (subsequent weekly or monthly):

1. Download the new JAR file from one of the links on OP
   
   
2. Make sure the file name is TalesOfAndrogyny.jar and move it into the directory to replace the old JAR file
   
3. Double-click on TalesOfAndrogyny.exe
