I had that same problem and it was answered on their discord. All you have to do is enter the cheat code (press "~" or "p") then enter the walk through walls glitch (9009) to get out of that little area. When you're out of the area enter the same code again to cancel the mode. The dev said it will be fixed in the next update.

You would be mistaken. Those patch notes are incomplete.

Hello there. Do you have a specific date of when you going to abandon your game or you just going to wait until you lose all the patrons?
I have only seen steady progress and an increase in patrons over time. Many developers on this site do less with more time. These games are a hobby for most devs and not high paying enough to be a job.
If you think something is worth your money, you pay and if not, then don't. I fail to understand why people get things for free then whine and bitch about how it doesn't come sooner.

Steady progress? Put down the crack pipe. This is still 0.02 and almost a year to release a (bad) update... anyway, i'm not gonna repeat what EVERYONE is saying about this dev. If you have enough neurons you will understand why everyone is complaining...
And, if it is a hobby, why you charge 10$ to release a "premium" update? It is not a hobby, many devs make this a living, specially because many live in 3rd world countries, so dollar is paying enough to pay bills. You think i'm whining because of this game? No my friend, i don't even care about this game, and many others here too. This is a silly porn game, we get things like this for free any time. You know another thing we get for free and we still complain about it? MOVIES! So, in your opinion, i can't say a movie is bad because i got it for free? I hope you can understand now, and stop being a dev bootlicker like many others.

The designation of version number for almost all games is meaningless to players. In this game, there are more events in the latest version for whats there of episode 3 than episodes 1+2. Sure, I'd love it if Eromur just posted the whole complete game tomorrow. Everybody is anxious about the next update. But wow, some of them (you included) must feel a strong sense of entitlement for their free updates.
First, this game only gives you 2 weeks early access for $10. If you think these Patreon games are a "I pay, you guarantee me a thing" then you are wrong. Go to a store. You should think of it as donating for good work; like donating to a charity, streamer, or whatever. Not like you would even support anyway. Yes, people can make a living off it eventually.
You are welcome to criticise and have an opinion of this game and how long it takes, sure. It's the repetitive aggressive comments from some users that are unconstructive and frankly, unnecessary.
I could not care less if you hated The Last Jedi, gave it a 1 star review with a negative comment, told some people not to see it, never spend a dollar on it, and then boycott Star Wars. Coming back to Star Wars forums over and over to rant about how much you hate it to its fans though, is pathetic.
I'll see you next update after you use the new content for what its worth and I'll read your next big whinge about 'dev takes too long' and 'how long until dev abandons the game' that you will type.

At that point it's ENF, which is still exhibitionism in my books!
Starts off ENF, the bits of Ch3 that were in the previous update (haven't checked out this one yet) were kinda sorta moving into the exhibitionism end of things. There were also hints that she'll be leaping into the whoring pool in the near future as well, which is a bit quicker than I'd prefer, but slow dev progress (and it is slow) tends to lead to supporters getting impatient, and it's not unusual for devs to move corruption forward quicker than planned to appease people (could also just have been planned to be paced a bit quicker than I'd prefer, I can't read minds through computers).

I just hope this dude won't become the next YandereDev
Just market your game a little bit more, get some pro coders and just do only the art. It'll save more time and in the meantime you can also upload silly feet pics of Rodinka for your patreons, it's a win win

Nice, a game that isn't about demon lords and big-tiddy treasure-hunting princess knights. Too bad it probably won't be finished within a generation u.u

Oh no, didnt notice this was yet another extremely early access one.
Was enjoying it white it lasted. Have good things to say for what little it has.

But damn, my tired meter of these extremely early games is way beyond what it can be and has been for a long time.
Easiest money making strategy and people keep throwing money at it.
I get it, i have gamedev experience, not easy to dedicate time without money, i have sympathy, but... just... make the game finished enough on your own time first before you go public with it and using it to rack in money.

Easy to say but often making these games costs money. I'm working on one and have sunk money into lots of stuff yet don't even have an alpha out. I'm probably out around $200+ not counting using stuff I already had on hand. What you're asking for is someone to go deeply in debt then give out the game which they may or may not get some support for.

true that. I've been following this game for quite a while and i think it lost it's peak around May 2019, lots of delays and disappointed fans would make it hard for this dev to go all in.

No, im asking someone to put in time not money. You spending debt worthy money on the game is your own choice and fault. Given time anyone can create a worthwhile game. But unfortunatelly many dont commit the time because of the effort that it takes, thus they turn to spending money to make it easier/faster. But also in alot of these cases, we as consumers dont see/dont care to see the ''faster'' pace, because it still takes ages in the consumers eyes and thats something you as a dev have to deal with and tackle.

Putting aside the old adage that time is money, it's not about making things easier. In my own example I have to buy stuff to use in renders. Characters, hairs, clothing, poses, sets, lighting, shaders, etc. If it wasn't that, it'd be paying someone to do the artwork for me.

I don't know what this dev's situation is. Speaking only for myself I have a full time job where I put in 40 hours (sometimes 50-60 when necessary). So my game is worked on when I'm not at work. Though then there is family and such to take into account too.

It's easy to talk about committing time when it's someone else's time. Believe me, I follow a few games and wait impatiently for their releases. But ever since I started working on my own game I've gotten a real feel for how hard it is and how much time it truly takes.

People accuse devs of milking their patrons but don't take into account that these devs are often sacrificing what little free time they have to make these games and (with a rare few exceptions) are not making much off of them. Maybe enough to buy assets for the game and make a credit card payment or two.

But that's the problem, some devs seemingly wanting to earn a payday worth of 40 weekly hours with their free time alone. Its possible some/most don't intentionally milk for money, but though the model's fault they milk it nonetheless.

(not saying its this game's case, just a general comment)
