I'm not sure I understand your meaning here. Let's say a dev makes a game a lot of people like and starts earning $2k a month for it. Are you suggesting they should quit their full time job and concentrate solely on the game so they get releases out faster or else they're milking their patrons? I'm honestly asking, not being a smart ass.But that's the problem, some devs seemingly wanting to earn a payday worth of 40 weekly hours with their free time alone. Its possible some/most don't intentionally milk for money, but though the model's fault they milk it nonetheless.
(not saying its this game's case, just a general comment)
