Yes Freya's suffering though it is a pain as she spawns rarely. The Azure fox spawns in a cave in the frozen village if I am not mistaken, though she also spawns rarely. BTW what super bosses are there in the game ?

Thank you for the info! I've also noticed now that each path in that dungeon has a unique rare special encounter.
Unfortunately I cannot check the Zoye part as she has left my party (I honestly forgot when she left, was it after one of the dream sequences just like the other party member or does she leave at the end of the game? If it is the former, where can I find her again?)
The one superboss I am aware of is in the same tower where you have the riddles and chess battle but it is in the basement instead of the top floor. You unlock this floor by talking to an npc that spawns in the wound section of the map (area that comes after the tower).
I have no idea what the trigger for her to spawn is as I've went there multiple times before I finally saw her once, but when I did see her it was at night time.
Fuocoperpetuo in this thread mentions there also being a second superboss, I have no idea where that one is located as Fuoco seems to be allergic to making thorough replies.
On another note, is there any proper way to farm 30k gold to buy the estate? The only good method I can think of is savestating blackjack and earning 1k per win, which is still frustratingly slow as the game is rigged in the opponents favor.
Furthermore for some reason mystra's image stopped showing up in the growthshot minigame for me.
lastly, does anyone perhaps have screenshots of where in nyth coast the leopard and captain spawn? I am very bummed out about me being unable to find them for some reason.

I think I found the 2nd super/giga boss, in Freya's suffering, I think she appears only when there is thunder (the top of your screen is covered in clouds) I only managed to enouncter her once. But she is unbeatable as in she goes first and one shots your party. For me she spawned near the location between Freya's suffering and Freya's pass.
Are you sure that isn't the cyan haired woman a villager in new Teropo warns you about? If she is, she also spawns in the plains and rovo forest. I normally see her at night but not always so I am unsure what the exact spawn condition is.
I also wondered if it's possible to defeat her. The valkyrie for example has an ability that allows her to survive a fatal hit. Getting the first turn is a problem however.
That's probably her, though i only found her at Freya's suffering, btw where did you find the Valkyrie ? I am still missing her, the bee and the frog girl.
I found Oishi!! (While looking for the cyan haired woman, for some reason I cannot find her anymore lately)
I really did not expect to find her here at Nyth Plains... (slightly to the north west of the town)
After finding her she moves to the wound and after that she goes to Rova city. There is one more step again when you are done with her there. I do not know what the answer to that one is though. (I think it might be gated behind a future update but I hope I am wrong)
I also found the leopard at last! I swear that corpse never appeared there before. I spotted it immediately. Still haven't seen the captain though.

The frog girl spawns rarely at that one spiral path in the forest you find after you take the right exit of rest point and then go to the bottom left.
I have not seen the bee girl myself yet either.
