Is it worth it? In most of porn games difficulty level is just amount of time you'll spend grinding.

Answering my own question, it's not really worth it, main story took me 8 hours on easy and I cheated money and speed read all cutscenes. After it, there's also a prologue, I don't know how long it is yet. The game says there's no lewd content in it.

In general even the main story is more of normal game with occasional lewd stuff than a dedicated porn game. After the battle, there are occasional rape scenes during cutscenes. Then there are some missions, rescue one of your maidens in 10 turns, or she'll get raped. Does it effect the story? I don't know, it looks like the difference is that you fail the side mission and get less gold/jewelry, in return you'll get lewd scene.

The "double problems" with H-FE game are :
1) they basically only offer rape / NTR
2) They tend to have lot of map to get through with a Typical old-school FE difficulty level and require to trigger all scene to unlock them in the gallery - nearly never ever does they have a "unlock all if win the game / tru end ....." making them a pain.

(I remember one where I got the MC one shooted by the trash on the main map... after I had cheated all character stats to max : 30 for stats and 100 hp. Yet, a default trash mob took 100 Hp of a character with 30 defense without any special bonus. Just his attack and a lucky critital hit).

Kamidori Alchemy Meister isn't exactly like fire emblem, but pretty close, and the scenes are mostly consensual - though they only start quite a way into the game, like a few hours.

This one does unlock all scenes if you get through the game, true end not required.
