It just says png in the error message because the files get decrypted when you start the game.
I'm honestly not sure why it doesn't load it on your end.
This is the section in the System.json that handles it:

"hasEncryptedImages":true,"hasEncryptedAudio":true,"encryptionKey":"684cef5f1d7acdc9cff547f3be751d1c"}

Does your original System.json have the same key? (It's at the very end of the code.)

Also where did you download the game?

I got the raw version 1.07 from here and downloaded your translation in this thread

I'm not sure what to tell you.
I don't see any issues with it on Windows 10 with Japanese system locale.
I've re-downloaded from the link you gave me as well as my translation from here:

well, sorry to bother you but I forgot to replace the files in img to v1.07. When you told me to check the System.json file, I saw the last serial number differed. So I paste the img files in and replace all of it and it works .
