I'm at step 16/20, I have to talk to the soldier in the Main Street but he's not there, I tried advancing the time and sleeping but nothing changed

From what I remember I think he in the main street, the resident area or the back ally since those were the only places i can think of where he could be i don't remember what time of day when talked to him though sorry. if really is a bug then maybe copy your save and redownload the game with character in a safe area like the inn room

I hope he makes more NTR for YariNari especially this, I can see this is going to be similar to the pick up woman system from Nampa Beach of Breast Mafia. In Nampa Beach you date then have sex with the woman untill they're pregnant then they can either accept raising child or not, they'll become your wife and have your child, in the mean time you must provide them with money in order to pay for the rent if not they'll end up paying the rent with their body by having sex with the landlord at night.
