As [0.3.2], I can say I had a good time with this.
Performance:
First, it did run well on my pc. While I do have a higher than average gig, other games had problem maintaining 4k 60fps. This one handled itself well. Ofc, optimizations are always in order.
Graphics/Image Quality:
As expected, environment quality is great, but human models are just good. That's just how it is though. While I think some meshes updates could be good somewhere down the line, they hold up enough for now.
Animations:
They are decent. The fact that you have control over the flow gives a lot of value, but the animations by itself ain't nothing crazy. Not bad as well.
QoL/Gameplay:
Here is the part I think most of the heavy work could be done. Like in most games xD
-First of all, I don't like to save the game only when sleeping. It could be a feature that you opt in for immersion, great, but not default.
-When you enter cinematic/quest mode (script take control of your character) you can no longer click to skip dialogue. While VA is overall good, the ability to skip should be constant in the game. It may be a tech issue right now (syncing voice to the sequencer or whatever it is called in unity), but it may be worth checking for a future tech upgrade.
-Collisions could be better controlled in some places, just to give a better feel when running around. It is kinda weird to stop an invisible wall because some chair has a rigidbody collider way bigger than its mesh. Kinda nitpicking though.
-Buildup is kinda lacking as well. With stepmom it did have some days of sensual innuendo dialogues, but
I mean, you could make a better use of the moment. Let it cook a bit. With the cheerleader it made sense, progress was good. With the sister it also could have been a better buildup, but at least there were some yoga sessions.
-The stats so far feels like some afterthought. While some aspects are cool (like working out for str/finesse), right now it does not felt like a part of the gameplay loop. As soon as I did all the car quests, I had no longer any use for them. I mean, I don't like grinding, so please don't add that xD it might be too soon for this system to make sense in your game, but I just wanted to add that so far it just feels like something added on top of the core gameplay.
Voice Acting:
While I did not like the MC voice, most of the other NPCs sounded good. I didn't expect it.
My problem with MC was intonation and being kinda high-pitched to my taste. But it is more of a self insert thing, I like to play as being myself. Don't remember if I could just mute MC voice. If there isn't a way, I think it could have.
Bugs or misunderstandings on my part:
-My quest log/notes were not showing on the app. Is it a known bug?
tldr: worth a try. there's enough content in it. you have to work a bit for it.
