Edit the html yourself the way Zarathes explains in a comment above. There is also a linked hotfix on the original post. There is also a version I've uploaded (on page 45) which adds the fix and also gives money for the special streams.
Edit: Just remembered that if you edit the html yourself Akira's triggers may also be broken. I'm sure someone has the fix written out somewhere in the thread so look around.

This is an interesting question. There is support for it being for Jimmy, Layla or the MC. This support comes in the fact that the Bully, Levi, Layla, Jimmy and the MC all have "gender" as a variable. Though the MC is the weakest case for this, as the gender is constantly changing. I think it's a fun idea to have Layla and maybe the Teacher as possible F to M switches for the sub route. But my money would be on Jimmy getting the change first as all the current genderbends are M to F. But who knows though? It could be the cafe owner and we'd all be surprised

It's been a while since I last tried this game. How would you say the UI is? Previously it was a bit janky and could have benefited from a refactor. Is it still rather all over the place or has it improved?

How do I meet Akira. I can see her in my dreams but thats it. I have taken the drug a couple of times to see her in the phantasie world but thats it. No hospital. Do I miss something?

Yep. Akira reappearance is bugged. There are several places here that detail how to fix it along with people posting patched html to fix that and the club bar scene.

It has massively improved, every update this game makes huge progress.

What is third ending in engraving, I got two with him winning and me winning, and I'm too lazy to try third time. Is it some sort of draw between them, if thats it, what its actually entails?
