There are some tips to buy all goods in auction:
You need to do STR and CHA work (maybe 6 or 7?)
STR work will get double salary in the morning (16 Bevocr)
CHA is in the afternoon(16 Bevocr)
Do anything will raise your Lust(Even you are sleep)
After you enjoy work in Love hotel, if your lust is at least 40, you will get 30 Bevocr
This is my method:
At the beginning of a new day,
if your SP at least 3 :
STR work>CHA work> Love hotel>end this day
if your SP less than 3:
sleep>CHA work> Love hotel>end this day
You don’t even have to pawn anything!
When the auction begin, you will have 402 Bevocr
This is the approximate price of five products:
(My situation)
15〜25
20~30
100〜115
80~100
130~150
Bevocr should be enough, you can pawn if you are afraid

Are you sure? No matter how many hours I spend working or sleeping, Lust seems to always fixed at 20 for me. Even if you return with higher lust from fighting in the outside, as soon as you return it goes straight back to 20 again. The only way I found to increase it in the city was using beers and rum.

-Tip 2: To find the "thing" in the event, go to the forest where you met the skull monster the first.
Question: Where on the map can I find more ghosts to collect hectoplasm? I tried at night without luck
