Looks like its the "ReiPatcher.exe" thats triggering the AV

I tried downloading the most recent version of ReiPatcher.exe from github and it also triggers the AV and the hash is the same

There should also be some .dll.bak files in the Managed folder. You need to restore those as well.

You may also want to keep the AutoTranslate files and install them with BepInEx.

I'd also try replacing the game executable (flagged by AV) with the matching version of Unity runtime executable.

EDIT: Went ahead and did just that. Some lossless compression too. Hopefully now it's clean.

Windows Defender says this game contains a Trojan server. I've been downloading from this site for a long time and this is the only game where Windows Defender detects a virus, so I don't risk downloading it.
