I use japanese version then i use mtool to translate to english. plus you able to get ntr fast. this game was liitle let down because No pixel sex animation. they just stand there

So can anyone knows where can I get the latest version (1.06/1.07)?

Sorry, but I've already moved on to the most recent game (Engraved Pleasure).
Maybe I'll come back to this game at some point, or maybe not.
I'm kinda lost interest in classic RPGMaker engine.
