Teaser of a new game?

Can I make a thread for a new game before it's release?
Like letting everyone know what it's about and how it looks. Once the game is done making, links will be added on that thread.
Is this allowed or am I eligible to upload only when there's a release?

I'm only 2 weeks away from finishing the first version. So I wanted to tease a little bit instead of shoving it right on your face.

You can undoubtedly do it in the development section, there are already quite a few other developers who show their work.

Yup, in the P&D forum, you can put teasers and ask for feedback for what you post and ideas there. And when the game is launched just contact an uploader to make a thread in the games section.

but just saying no one can post a game in game section beside uploaders and staff members. game will be posted there when they are released. you can post it here:

and then ask *from uploader* to move the post for you to game section or you can ask uploaders to post it for you.
