Hey everyone!
So progress is getting closer to completion now for my first Renpy game and thus I thought I'd share what I am working on here . The game uses Renpy and renders are done in Daz3D with G8 characters all rendered in iray.
Game overview and plot summary;
The main inspiration for the game is Good Girl Gone Bad where the player has multiple branching paths that have different h-scenes and game endings. I'm planning to have it where once player finishes the intro they can explore the city using the city map and kind of have an open-world experience with some elements of plot oriented branches as well woven in between.
My goal is for the player to be open to explore as much content as possible without feeling as if the game is forcing them to replay the game to see all content. The replayability will instead come from the branching nature of the content. Namely that depending on prior choices future events are different as well as your overall stats influencing other events or locking/unlock specific events and branches.
In terms of plot, the player controls only one protagonist (no multiple protagonists or perspective shifts or anything like that). The character can be named by the player themselves with the default name being Chloe as that is my online nickname and my IRL name (I suck at coming up with nicknames). The game starts when Chloe just turned 18 and is living with her mom and stepdad. She is in her last year of high school and so there will be school events as well. But main plot of the game is just to guide Chloe through this coming of age type story, where Chloe is discovering her sexuality. Even though most of her friends are already sexually active before they were 18, for Chloe it was different as her mom was overly protective of her.
Gameplay and supporting cast;
As mentioned before the game focuses just on one character as the protagonist that the player controls so everything is witnessed from her perspective and the renders also play around with this where you see stuff from her POV (yes POV sex scenes as well for those into that!)
But you will also get to see other player's thoughts this is more for story perspective than anything else and also to give players tips for choice impacts and as, what I think anyway, is a neat detail where you get to see the impact of your choices on the way other character's are thinking. Chloe herself is not aware of their thoughts but the player is
vs (Henry - Chloe's stepdad here has different thoughts depending on a prior choice, you only see above or below thoughts depending on the player's choice and as you'll notice as well the actual render is different too. Different choices will also give different renders)
In terms of supporting characters, you have Henry (Chloe's stepdad) who depending on your choices starts to lust after Chloe and try to corrupt her or alternatively will be pushed towards Cassandra (Chloe's mom) and the player will instead get to have voyeur scenes involving them. I've not yet decided though if I'll cross the line of having a threesome possibility with the mom and stepdad but for the moment planned content is just between the player and Henry or the player watching Henry and Cassandra have sex
Here is another example as well of the differing renders, above is the voyeur route, while below is the Henry corruption route
Beyond this I've also planned already pathways where you have job opportunities and thus have encounters with various people through that, some of them out to corrupt Chloe, some more innocent friendships, some that Chloe can set out to corrupt. As well as school situations with teachers, fellow students, and of course the possibility to build relationships where again due to choices the player sees the relationship evolve in different ways. Be materialistic, be just about sex, or about true love.
And in addition to all this the player's choices will have an impact on Chloe's appearance, I want to have routes where the player can get Chloe fit and her body thus changes to be more muscle build. While other routes will see her become even more innocent and thus her clothing and hairstyles will change to match and the opposite of course being true as well with slut routes, corruption routes and simply more liberal routes. I won't go overboard initially adding routes though as I don't want to overwhelm myself with a scope that is not achievable but in long term I think I can reach that if I consistently focus on content writing and rendering each month.
Planned h-content categories;
Pregnancy framework inplace;
Basically by a certain point in the game a check will run and if any character has a certain pregnancy value with Chloe (as in they've cum inside you a specific amount of times) then Chloe will be pregnant with that person's baby and you get the ending route then where other stat checks will determine what ending variation of that character you get
The ending stats aren't implemented yet as this is v0.01 of the game and the ending for me is still a long way off, but I already do have it worked out at least storywise how I want it to flow towards the endings and what the ending variations will hold
and then here is the same render but without pubic hair, as I'm an airhead and forgot to add pubic hair when I was doing these renders (did 5 renders but when I went in-game to review it all looked right I had an "oh shit" moment when I realised the character is about to decide if they want to shave or not - back to daz to redo these 5 renders --- great job Chloe (me, not the game character lol!)
I also messed around a bit with the pubic hair style until I settled on one I liked. The one below is one such rejected style that in Daz3D even on the iray preview mode looked fine but when I rendered it fully it just didn't look right in contrast to the rest of her skin
This is the placeholder stats screen, it has some issues at the moment but the stat screen I want to implement is beyond my Renpy skills so until I can afford to hire someone to code for me the stat screen I want in the game I'm going to use below placeholder. It is handy here just to show you how every sexual body part tracks the first time and this again will have an impact on the render. Your first will have a different render than if you've already kissed before and same for oral, vaginal or anal intercourse
The issue with it at the moment is when your virginity has been claimed by someone the text throws everything out of alignment and the stat screen becomes unreadable, for v0.1 I'm going to leave it in as is but for v0.3 I'm planning to fix this (v0.2 I just want to focus on content) with a temporary fix just to get this placeholder stat screen working. Eventually this entire screen will be replaced by a visual stat screen similar to how many Japanese RPGM games do it. The Last Barbarian also has a nice visual stat screen as well.
About me & development timeline;
So as I've mentioned before my IRL name is Chloe, I live in UK but have a multicultural background from my parents and I've traveled quite a lot as a kid because of what my parents did for work. I've lived some years in Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, USA and UK (where I still live today). So I've never quite felt like I've fit in anywhere and I've often gotten bullied for being different from everyone else and had troubles making friends.
This leads into this Renpy, I've long wanted to make a Renpy game after playing so many great ones here on F95 (and some really bad ones) but I lack any and all programming, 3D art, 2D art and photoshop skills. Literally 0 skills in all of that.
So I started learning Blender initially last year thinking I would do my renders in that but it was harder than I anticipated and I had yet to learn Renpy either. So at the start of this year I started first learning Renpy and writing out the first build of the game which now sits at 850 lines of code and 50,533 characters.
Once I reached a point I felt - hey this is finally starting to shape up to be the proper beginnings of an adult game, I then moved on to Daz3D to start learning how to use it to make renders and over the past 4 months all I've been doing is working on renders. Part of the time learning, getting help on Daz and F95 forums and part of that time acquiring assets, setting up scenes, fixing scenes as I made mistakes (one mistake is visible here in the previews - can you spot it?). A lot of time was also wasted as initially I was rendering on my own PC so I would setup a scene and then render it and wait the hour+ it would take to finish and then check it for issues, fix issues and render it again. Obviously later I realised I could just do a quick draft render let it run for like 50 iterations and check it for issues rather than waiting a whole hour with my PC being unusable for anything else during that time.
And then eventually I learnt how to setup an iray server which now means I can at least have the iray server (which I've setup on my laptop) do the rendering while I continue work on the next scene. That was a massive time saver and also meant my PC was now free rather than stuck rendering for an hour!
There was also a lot of outdated info for both Daz3D and Renpy to get through that can cause a lot of confusion as well for a noob like me, luckily the users on the Daz forums and the ones here on F95 are extremely helpful and I can't thank you all enough for your continued and extremely kind support!!!
anne O'nymous in particular (I won't tag you here but if you see this thread, thank you so so much for how much help you openly and freely give on these forums!)
In any case, the first build (v0.1) which so far has over 100 renders (not counting h-scene renders as those I am still working on) should be released on F95 by the end of this month
In-game you will also get 1 preview image at the end of the content for each route of what is coming in the next version of the game

So due to development now being onhold until February 2023 due to the housing issues (I have to move as landlord selling property) I have decided to preview what I have so far.
This is an UNFINISHED build so not everything has renders yet and issues to be expected. I'm going to do a spell/grammar check and thorough bug test only once I've finished all the renders for v0.1 in late March 2023 likely

Planned h-content categories;
- Virginity and virginity loss;
- Each of Chloe's body part has its own virginity attribute and this will impact the renders for those scenes there will also be specific routes you can only encounter with virginity intact, but for the most part all scenes can be seen as virgin or non-virgin but it will have a unique render each. So if you are not a virgin you will see one render if you are a virgin you will see another
- POV sex;
- Each sex scene where possible will have POV stuff mixed in with the third person perspective so you will get to see the same render from Chloe's perspective and from third person perspective
- For the moment I have no plans to have this as a toggle option, mostly because I lack the Renpy programming skills to do this
- Corruption;
- This is perhaps the largest theme but unlike other corruption games I want the pure (what I'm calling innocent route) to have sex scenes as well. Innocence for me does not equal being a virgin for the entire game but for example you can stay innocent by not having sex on first date with someone and only after you build love with them you can take it to next level or even wait until marriage, with that possibly being one of the many planned endings for the game
- Pregnancy;
- I'm going to keep this one in my back pocket and focus on the main content initially but I've already built in the framework for pregnancy related content where unprotected sex can lead to pregnancy and then depending on the person who got you pregnant and your other stats with them it will give a different ending

- Rape and non-con stuff;
- Not yet decided on this as I want to be cautious with Patreon's rules but there may be some light dubious consent stuff and sleep sex for example but I'm not planning any brutal rape or such at least not for the moment
- Incest;
- Well here it depends how you view incest, does stepdad/stepbrother and such count as incest to you? Those will be in the game, but as mentioned before I may do a threesome with incest or borderline incest stuff as one of the routes. It is all up to the player's choices though if they see it so all content will be 100% avoidable
- Futa;
- I have a bit of a futa fantasy myself, one so bad that I would love to experience it IRL so yes... expect futa in this game. The futa you can expect will be similar to how it was handled in Good Girl Gone bad only in my case I may have 2 or 3 different futa characters in the game again all will be avoidable so for people who don't like futa-on-female stuff you can completely avoid those routes
- Traps/trans;
- This is also more for a much later build of the game but I do have planned 1 trap character who Chloe can then become a lover or if corrupt Chloe she will corrupt the trap and have threesome (or more) with the trap and random strangers. Obviously gay content here but yet again avoidable and something that won't be in the game for a while (sadly)
- I also want to have 2 trans characters in the game but I'm going to leave that for one of the last content to be added as in contrast to futa which is a complete fantasy, trans is a delicate subject and I don't want to fetishise it or be offensive to any trans people here on F95 so when those do get added I may keep them as an innocent route exclusive where it is about dating and getting to know them rather than entering into group sex with them and all that stuff that you can do with other characters in the game
- On a related note for the moment I'm not planning any trans content for Chloe herself it will just be 2 different trans characters Chloe will have option to date if the player makes that choice
- Voyeur;
- As already shown on one of the preview images above, voyeur will be featured in the game where Chloe can then eventually masturbate or seek out voyeur events with stepdad and mom as well as with other characters that will come to the game in the coming updates
- Exhibitionism;
- One of Chloe's school friends is an exhibitionist and will try to corrupt Chloe and get her to join in on her activities with different outcomes based on player choices
- Anal;
- I've mentioned before how every part of Chloe's body has its own virginity status, I'll post the draft stat page below to show what I mean, but for anal sex as well your first time will be different render from the same interaction but if you are not an anal virgin there will also be a visual difference to the body to reflect this as well
- But anal will be an option the player can usually choose unless due to previous choices you simply end up in anal sex, it will be a good option to avoid pregnancy or to keep your virginity for those virgin routes or of course if you want Chloe to become a buttslut that is possible as well!
- Pubic hair;
- So early on in the game the player will get the choice to shave Chloe's pubic hair or not and this again will then in future be reflected in h-scenes if you are shaved or not, some characters may not want to have sex with Chloe if she isn't shaved while others might not if she is
