I figured it out. You'll have two arrows that pop up when you hover over the bottles in the right spot. The up arrow is when you're draining the bottle and the down arrow is when you're putting the liquid back in. They can't be on the same bottle or else you're squirting the liquid back into the bottle that you just drained.
The beat em up section is so broken I think it would be easier to list what is good about it than what is broken, I literally cannot get past stage four.
I made several attempts at the fighting minigame and stage five is not doable. Have this been play tested? Has at least one player beaten the game before it was released?
The shitty part is that with flying kick you can beat enemies on your right without getting hurt but not on the left because it doesn't rotate your character it always kicks right.
Also there are too many of them at stage 5 anyway so flying kick probably isn't gonna be enough. Idk how it's even meant to be beaten. This isn't fun. It's frustrating as fuck.
I lose with like 6 more enemies alive on the screen at stage 5 and then I have to restart all the way from stage 1. Stages 1-4 are almost guaranteed for me to beat now.
As for the potions game once you get the hang of the interface it's easy. You left click the potion you get the liquid from then you right click the potion you pour onto or something like this.

For the bottle puzzle, It's easy but the signposting for what is happening is terrible. Basically:
- Each bottle has 3 levels: top, middle, bottom
- Click the top most level to pick it's color (If top is empty, and middle section is blue, click on it to get blue)
- What it doesnt do is tell you once that color is clicked, you sucked it up. It doesnt show that you sucked it up from the other bottle, but will when you select the second. You'll see very tiny arrows pointing up to show you selected that color, but gives no indication other than the color in the dropper that this happened. This is what confused me the most.

The running mini-game can be cheesed by left-clicking all the time. Don't get out of the window, because if you get to high the game will freeze.
