The format doesn't matter as long as it's fully animated. It can be a side scroller, battle fuck, an RPG.
Most of the games that I've played that fit this definition are mostly all Shota (excessM), but I don't really care about the main character. If he's an adult, even better. I just want mommies. Lately I've stumbled upon this atrocity, it's such a nice idea executed in a terrible way but it has all the elements that I want. Temptation, reverse rape, fully animated, and mommies/older women.
