Probably cause barely anybody wanted to deal with the game in the first place lol. Back when the game initially dropped everyone found out that not only is the game on Unity, which means no MTool, but any translators that did work would spit out poetry that made understanding the game as an English speaker almost impossible. That was just the start though cause the game had a bunch of built-in problems that made it unbearable for just about anyone willing to give it a shot, not the least of which was that optimization seemed to have been an afterthought, so you'd have to download a couple gigabytes of data for a game that would strain your PC just to get a few frames.

It's a shame too cause the art is pretty good, but even if the dev somehow managed to fix the game since release nobody has bothered to upload the game for the longest time since everyone who downloaded it had such a sour experience beforehand.
