Are you maybe using a screen with an image ratio other than 16:9?

The first line inside Instructions.txt says you need to press 'Space' for the game to start. Hope that fixes it for you.

Starvy said that there will be no fart fetish in the game,but breast smother might be implemented later on.

Like Kuki said, I wouldn't expect farting to be added as an option on a public update, it'd have to be a private commission if anything.

Can't wait to add breast smothering personally, next hold is going to be choking based though (since last one was suffocation based).

Also, unless something happens, you'll definitely get an update next month.
