Strange. I downloaded uncensor patch from the F95zone and I have installed it fine.
You just have to select installation folder manually. (For example: C:\Games\Terrible Laboratory)

Thats because the game is no longer sold on dlsite.
"aburasobabiyori" is still on dlsite, but this game is now being sold on steam instead.
It is not uncommon for games to disappear or get de-listed from dlsite and other platforms over time as sales rights change, companies go bankrupt, or for other reasons.
Dlsite link is broken because led towards the game rather than the Circle (creator group).
Same with the Kagura link, but they redirect you to the frontpage instead of giving you a 404 error.

Sadly can't get around the censorship. Patch is for steam copy 1.04 (as for the patch, you DONT need an account, scroll down to where it says "patch" click that, and then either mirror. The "checkout" to download method is more for people with accounts, site itself mentions to scroll down to where it says patch for the mirrors.)

When you are installing the patch, then MANUALLY enter the path to your (pirated) copy of the game. It will work.

Dont let installer automatically Enter the path to the Steam copy of the game.
Example of wrong file path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Terrible Laboratory
Example of correct file path: C:\My Games\Porn Games\Terrible Laboratory (or wherever you put your copy of the game).

Tried that in the first place, manually selecting the correct file path but it just kept saying it cant find the game/to use a steam copy. Used the older patch shared on here instead of the one from the official site and it worked. I'm more used to the GOG copies, sadly this is one of their only games that isn't on gog. Anyways problem solved

Maybe it should have its own thread, but its a very short game and can easily be played with Mtool.

Personally I am saddened by how much worse [Aburasobabiyori] games have gotten.
They used to be awesome with alot of content, but with some unfullfilled potential that could have been improved upon in the next game to make a real hit!
Alas... they have gone in the opposite direction and each game feels lower effort and shorter than the previous one.

It really saddens me... and the idea of what could have been.
I really feel that if a game had the art and kinks of Aburasobabiyori but the length, story/branching paths and game mechanics of a ONEONE1 game, it would have truly become a legend of a game.

i just played it and it does feel very short. i felt theres not much to go through here. like sure it does have the same situation of what i like. but unlike the ninja and the monster fight, the humiliation is just not there. like the treatment of the fmc is just lackluster. the best part of the early games is that the settings and people have more to do or the world building is done well enough that you could feel the dread of the fmc. this new game i just can't feel a thing. there's the "this is your life now" or "live like this" type feel to the earlier games that is absent here. overall im quite dissapointed.
