So, I've played a bit of text-based games, didn't find any lists of games, so there it is
It will covermost of popular ones that i have played and also will be updated with suggestions and my expirience
First of all - no VNs. Yeah they are text-based in some way, but this list is about games that are using text as engine with maybe some pictures, like most of html games implementing porn as sex scenes, but overall game is text not pictures etc

- 10/10 Ongoing [НTML] Pictures/animations Sandbox Character creation RPG Degrees of Lewdity - One of the best text-based games ever made. You play as a young student living at an orphanage. You must make some quick cash to keep living at the orphanage or bad things happen. Oh boy, bad thing WILL happen
- 10/10 Completed [НTML] Real porn [/COLOR] Story-driven Male MC RPG Incubus city - Very good game, though very rapey. In Incubus City you take the role of a man during a strange week-long change he occasionally experiences. Overcome with the intense desire to impregnate women, he must roam the streets at night seeking fertile wombs to knock up. During these times, he manifests strange abilities like enhanced strength and hypnotism, but the compulsion often drives him to do evil and places his life and freedom in danger.
- 10/10 Completed [Other] No pictures Sandbox Character creation RPG Corruption of Champions - Cant go anywhere without Fenoxo games. All of them are good, but CoC is my favourite. You are the champion of the village and were sent to the Demon realm where you have to kill them all. Or have a lot of sex, its your choice.
- 10/10 Ongoing [Other] Pictures/animations Sandbox Character creation RPG Broken Dreams Correctional Center - Broken Dreams Correctional Center (BDCC) is an erotic text based game about being a prisoner in a space prison with a lot of adult themes. Very good game with frequent updates and mod support
- 10/10 Ongoing [НTML] No pictures Sandbox Character creation Life-sim Course of Tempation - Similar to the DoL but still very unique game with very dynamic sex system and characters. Course of Temptation is a detailed adult college life simulator Featuring a detailed simulation with hundreds of possible events and erotic scenes, you can explore your exhibitionist, voyeuristic, and debauched fantasies through your character.
- 10/10 Completed [Other] No pictures Sandbox Character creation RPG EraTohoK - Very unique strategy with date-sim and torture girls to your submission elements.Has no graphics but still has the most comlex sex system. A strategy war game like Sengoku Rance. The player can go on dates and break captives between war turns. Has the best sex system, the most complete translation, and lots of random events. THERE ARE A LOT of tohou games (3-4 main ones) that I heard of but they wont be on the list for now as I havent played them yet
- 10/10 Ongoing [НTML] Pictures/animations Story-driven Female MC RPG Blue Swallow - Very promising game. For now it's in early stages of development, but already have content for around 3-5 hours of playing. Only FMC but the character creation is very unusual and interesting. Waiting for the updates. Again, VERY promising. Claire is a normal girl in a normal world, just living life.Without warning, her life becomes upended.

- 10/10 Ongoing [Java] No pictures Sandbox Character creation RPG Lilith's Throne - Also one of my favs. Updates are rare as hell though. Basically, the game is about you being transported into an alternate dimension, and the main story is about trying to find a way to return home. And you can have a lot of sex through the game
- 10/10 Completed [Other] No pictures Sandbox Character creation RPG Strive for power - Game about collecting slaves, fucking them and capturing more slaves. Very good. You take a role of an aspiring young Mage, who takes a possession over a mansion and aims to achieve greatness by utilizing power, wits and magic, take control over various procedurally generated slaves of over 15 different races. You control your servants, which are used to generate food and gold, but not only that, - mana, utilized by magic, generally can only be acquired from sex. You can brew potions, learn and play with spells, modify servants and yourself at the laboratory, and keep human farm. The turn-based combat allows you to capture and train slaves of different races and upbringings with unique traits.
- 9.7/10 Ongoing [НTML] Pictures/animations Story-driven Female MC RPG Unholy Arts - Game all about social interaction and stat grind, updates are frequent. Story not finished yet but there are a lot you can do in this game. A Role-Playing Game, a Simulation and a "Choose Your Own Adventure" Game blended together to create an innovative system where each character makes their own choices according to their goals and desires, which in turn evolve along with their experiences. How will your actions change your companions and your relationships with them? Will they end up in your clutches? Or will you end up in theirs?
- 9.5/10 Ongoing [QSP] Real porn Sandbox Female MC Life-sim Girl's Life - Community supported life-sim about a girl in Russia, pretty good, though it is REAL life-sim so very grindy, still love it. This game is about the simulated life of a woman containing elements of RPG, strategy, porn and magical combat. You may choose what kind of life the character will live according to your play style, conscience or even personal beliefs. There are many choices to make in this game, will you be a saint or a sinner?
- 9/10 Completed [Other] No pictures Sandbox Character creation RPG Trials of Tainted Space - Another great game by Fenoxo. I didn;t quite enjoyed it as much as CoC but its very good. Quality of Fenoxo's work is amazing. Trials in Tainted Space is a text game about exploring the universe, yourself, and its myriad inhabitants in fun and customizable ways. Because the entire game is made in text, it's easy to change scenes on the fly. The game is built to accommodate everything from you playing a studly ship captain to a busty space-slattern to a masculine-looking hermaphrodite to a hard-working mercenary just looking for his next job.
- 9/10 Ongoing [НTML] Real porn Story-driven Character creation Life-sim Company - Game all about corruption (very similar in idea to lab rats, though more story-driven and with real porn. You choose your character's name and gender and set off down a path of corruption, perversion, and control. As the game progresses, you'll encounter more people to corrupt, and more ways to do it utilizing the various devices and drugs you'll develop in the Company laboratory.
- 8/10 Ongoing [НTML] No pictures Sandbox Character creation Managment Fort of chains - game about managing slaver guild. I didn-t quite enjoyed it, but it is interesting. Fort of Chains is a completed, free, moddable, open-source, TEXT-ONLY sandbox management NSFW game where you lead and manage a band of slavers in a fantasy world. The game is configurable and can cover all gender orientations: MM, MF, and FF. Be warned that the game contains heavy themes of slavery and non-consensual sex. There are no support for playing as a submissive character. Pregnancy is not in the game.
- 8/10 Ongoing [НTML] Real porn Story-driven Male MC Life-sim Just Ome More Chance - Nice rogue-like ig, nice to play a couple of times to see all scenes, waiting for the release. In this game you play as a desperate, virgin fat guy that in the future manages to become a test subject and gets back in time through a technologically evolving simulation and has a second chance to re-live his life in college, there will be several girls and woman with different level of challenge, different stories, and needing different approaches to seduce them all.
- 7/10 Ongoing [Java] No pictures Story-driven Character creation Managment Corrupted Saviors - Interesting game, very hard without cheats, I wasn't able to fully comprehend how to play it. Corrupted Saviors is an erotic computer game where the player takes command of an army of Demonic tentacle monsters empowered by sin against a squad of superhuman opponents who represent the virtues of humanity. These Chosen warriors are overwhelmingly powerful, but they're still human, and they respond to trauma in accordance with the facets of their generated personalities. By carefully tailoring the inflicted trauma to the target's personality flaws, the player can turn them against each other and tempt them to greater sins in order to generate more energy for the Demonic army. Its as hard as its interesting

You font really progress the game, just gaining more slaves Take the role of an incubus or succubus.Seduce mortals into perverse servitude. Subject them to monstrous transformations.
- 6/10 Ongoing [НTML] Pictures/animations Story-driven Male MC RPG Secretary - Warning - male MC sissification etc. I haven't played all of this game. I guess it can be good if you are into that. I'm not. Secretary is an erotic adventure life simulation game, where the character starts as an grown up, nearly 30 year old white collar worker in a well paid but dead end IT Job, when a few wrong decisions made his life fall apart, which lead him at the mercy of his new manager, whose personal opinion on how to motivate subordinates might differ from your typical work relationship
- 3/10 Completed [НTML] Real porn Story-driven Female MC Life-sim Candy's Legacy - Real porn bimbofication story, I love good bimbofication games, but this is not a good one. Porn is decent, but writing, story and grind are no good at all. Candy's Legacy is the story of Lily, she just broke up with her boyfriend. Lily is tired of her boring life, her boring looks, and her boring self... Doctor Silicon and Candy (known from "Crucial investigation") helps her to become a sexy woman (a bimbo? who knows).
- 3/10 Ongoing [НTML] Real porn Sandbox Female MC Life-sim In Her Own Hands - Somewhat similar to the Girl LIfe, though too rough on the edges for my tastes I guess. I like html games overall, but this one just not for me I guess. I was always the "good girl" who did everything perfectly. I colored inside the lines and never knew what I was missing. When I caught my boyfriend cheating with my best friend, I decided enough was enough. I left college and moved to the city, taking my life in my own hands. Now each day is an adventure, especially for someone as inexperienced at...well, everything...as I happen to be. Moving in with two hot guys started me down a path of temptation, and I'm only looking forward from here. I can't wait to share all my experiences with you.
