While I love the idea of Text-Based games and the wild and kinky shit they can go into, to me it's an immediate turn-off when it uses either real porn, ai cg or an extremely incoherent selection of images from all over the place.
Having just come off of Teraurge, it struck me how even a small amount of well placed images can exponentially add to the experience and to my willingness to read through everything and be invested in the characters and plot.
Of course I don't mean to say that games that don't this are bad or anything. Frankly I'm jealous of the people that manage to enjoy them.
Games that come to mind and that I played that would fit this description are:
Degrees of Lewdity -the GOAT
Secretary- Haven't played much yet, but the art assets help so much.
Broken Dreams Correctional Center - I generally don't like furry stuff, but the kinks and overall production quality got me to power through a lot of it.
I play these games mainly for submissive and victim MC gameplay, bonus points if you can do gay shit, but any suggestion would be great, especially for anyone who happens to stumble upon this thread.
PS: I understand the mentioned games might be outliers in production quality and I'm not necessarily expecting this standard on every suggestion. It's just hard to search for games that fit this criteria. Filtering Out real porn and aicg helps, but there are still a lot with no way of knowing the image quality before actually playing them.
