The new version of TACOS is a great improvement visually and both pace and dialogue.
I enjoyed the previous version, but I enjoy this version more, awesome game dev and good luck can't wait for what the future holds for Anne.

I've played this game from the very beginning. For new players this might hold some excitement but the only thing that tastes like new are the now very good 'new' renders and a prettier Anne. The animations are still crap and the dialogues are as shallow as they were 6 years ago. For a 2nd rehash of the same same I expected top notch animation and dialogues to match, especially as the Dev purported that this version would reflect his true vision. Well, it's myopic. Yes there are some new renders and some new scenes but the game, if one has played the earlier versions, does not even excite anymore. Anne was a cumslut/cumbucket and this has not changed because there is minimal buildup to Anne jumping on another cock. Call this rehash a cockup if you want but for those who played the previous version, remember Anne as she was, a very lovable hotwife..
Try Couple's Duet, It's what TAC could have been.

Believe me, this is the greatest NTR/NTS/Sharing/Swinging game.
You can choose paths from sharing, cuckold, cheating, faithful or even something in between. MC can be a winner or a looser. It's all up to you.
The story line it's good too. It can get a little messed if you try to jump more than one path at the same time but the game is still in progress.

I love the girls, especially Anne, a perfect woman and the story so far. One of my absolute favorite games from the beginning.
In the current original story, right at the beginning of the game, I finally have the chance to stop MC's father's reckless sexual behavior. That's great for me. But it's also clever to give her this opportunity again later on. That's what makes this decision so appealing.

This game looks gorgeous, the women are stunning throughout with plenty of fun scenarios allowing either total cuckdom or sharing.
Will def be buying this as a full game. And supporting the dev for further projects. I feel so lucky to chance upon this epic, well made jewel of a game.

It's alright.

The models are pretty but stiff at times, and the writing is clearly intended to railroad you heavily into the outright cuckoldry path.

I attempted playing this to have the wife be exhibitionist and a tease, but instead the husband was (without my direction) pushing her boss to fuck her - what happened to any of the subtle gradients between those two directions, I have no idea.

If you're super into the idea of netorare/netorase in general, it's alright, but there are better more competently written options on the site.

I don't consider it a bad game but I don't see the evolution I expected, just two more letters and a couple different scenes, including one that makes it impossible for me to play it on my cell phone, I'm going to enjoy the game without expecting anything, I think it's better for me than that way

If you're not into hotwife, cheating, cuck and such this is not the game for you. But if you are than this is one of the best of it's kind. the wife is so hot and her scenes are amazing. I get the fact that people are annoyed that this is the 2nd reboot of the game but it is much more cohesive this time.

The story has great ideas and runs at a perfect pace. Of course, everything runs a little too perfectly, but that's normal for games like this.

The Adventurous Couple is a VN about a married couple and their sexual explorations. As much as I’m a fan of swinging and netorase, there are just too many flaws in this game for me to really get behind it.

First, the characters are extremely bland. The husband and wife have no personality outside of maybe the wife being horny and the husband being aggressively cucky. The men who fuck the husband’s wife and women who the husband flirts with are also completely flat, with roles but no personality. It’s hard to care about anybody fucking in a game where none of them are likeable. You might as well just watch porn at that point.

Second, there’s basically nothing in the way of story progression or character growth. While the individual scenes can be pretty hot, they just come about as if the author pulled them from a hat. There’s almost nothing in the way of a narrative that connects them. As for character growth, technically the wife is “corrupted” over time, but she’s fucking at the drop of a hat pretty quickly with almost no pushback.

Lastly, and this is more personal preference, the game feels more cucky than swingy. The husband’s interactions with his wife are largely voyeurism to her fucking and showing off. This might be circumstantial, but the one time I told her not to fuck a guy, she got upset and insisted she wasn’t going to fuck him… and absolutely does with your consent in the only other option.

Anyway, there are some hot scenes in the game if you’re into voyeurism and exhibitionism and I do like the wife’s model, but this feels more like a collection of individual scenes than a story or a game. If you’re really into the above kinks, give it a shot. However, you won’t find much if cucky swinging and exhibitionism aren’t your thing.

Taco is now a game based on the original idea which they are gradually trying to restore graphically and grammatically, perhaps the initial idea from a few years ago as an innovation could have been good, but over time instead of improving it they have worsened the situations and not resolved the flaws of the game, wasting time just reviewing yet another restoration is enough, it has no meaning, it would have been more useful to repair some dynamics that were not so appreciated, and perhaps not to make Anna a woman who thinks only with her pussy without brains and morals, and a more MC damn, it would have given a more dynamic effect to the game.

The MC is very handsome his wife is very hot and there are all ingredients for the hotwife genre the fact the story is from male perspective can cause doubt and some controversial filling but for me the story is believable.
The prologue allow the player to understand that this couple comes from a long time relationship because they know each other from the college days.

After watching the protag cum on his stomach from the 27th lazy handjob by his otherwise creatively devious whore wife (who just took an equal number of rando sausages in the past week), I'm left wondering if the "adventure" and "couple" are ever going to become the focus of this VN.

This story is on a few recommended swapping VN lists, but I would advise anyone in the market for a fun swapping/sharing couples story to stay far away. This is cuck POV to the max and while there are a ton of scenes, the story takes a long time to go nowhere. The game basically requires the reader to enjoy loosely strung together hardcore porn scenes from an enthusiastic sub/cuck POV. I'm giving it a negative review mainly because I feel like the game's title, early story, and inclusion of stat tracking/etc. gives the false impression to players that this game provides some agency to switch between loving/kinky/depraved scenes. Eventually, it's all depraved/lying/cheating here no matter what choices are made.

EDIT: Bumping my rating after playing through the Season 2 / 2B release. Looks like the previously mandatory "stuff" from chapter 15 is being split into separate paths, which is a big plus. Anne was becoming MC's roommate last game, but has stayed a loving/kinky/honest partner so far this playthrough.

Considering everything, I would give this game a 3 out of 5 stars. Why? Well, I think there are definitely some things that need major improvement.
Starting with the story and the decisions - you and your super hot wife decide to spice up your sex life. Fine, a solid premise, a lot of space for fetish exploration and kinky stuff. What happens along the way? Basically you just turn into a cheating couple who have no boundaries. The problem I have with this is specifically one decision, and that is the decision that should lead to staying faithful. In the end, this doesn't matter, and Anna still cheats on you. That way the decisions don't really make sense. Also, Anna gives into the swinger lifestyle pretty easily, (almost) immediately starting to flirt with other guys and flaunting herself. I wish this was done in another, slower way. I believe it would make the plot more interesting.
The renders have their ups and downs, there is a lot of clipping and the animations weren't always of high quality. Still, the models do look good, especially Anna, who is an absolute eye candy.
Overall, I had some fun playing this game, but won't probably come back to it.

Poorly animated, renders are range from awful to average at best. Most scenes are still scenes with no animation at all.

The game seems to start ok, then just dips in quality where the lighting in the same scene goes from pitch dark to blinding. You can see the crappy rushed render fireflies and where the Daz model has the weird black lines on character heads.

The UI, dialogue and 'quality control' are all shoddy. There is little to no story and just jumps from one random fuck session to the next and the fucking is fucking awful.

Overall, feels like an old subpar game where the dev has gone back to update the early part of the game to current standard...and the current standard is still mediocre.

This game is consistently doing the opposite of what it should be. In the original version which had 15 chapters, the beginning was filled with fluff before transitioning into back to back sex scenes nonstop to the point of getting repetitive when it should have stopped a long time ago. In the new version, the wife is a whore from the start and walks around without panties 24/7. In both versions, bugs abound. In the original, the animations would cause the girl's head to twist like the exorcist. In the new one, the game is bugged so you have to renpy rollback often, and even when you do the game is still busted, locking you out of content.

I would rather have a game with grammar errors but good pacing.
I would rather have a game with fewer scenes but hotter payoff.
I would rather have a game that knows when to end rather than going on forever.

This is one of those games that just needs to stop. It doesn't have potential as either a work of art or as a novel erotic experience. Just let it die.
