Man, I don't want to sound to harsh but the writing is bad. And I dont mean only orthographically... The rest is good, though... The usual cast of interchangeable white girls and milfs except for a few token blacks and/or asian and a few trans, but well... it is what it is.

Keep up the good job, it has potential. Maybe my post is a little bit fixated on the things I don't like but I don't think is a bad game.

The game is good with a different idea. I just wish the pacing was smoother and not just girls jumping on your cock so easily (especially when theyre mother and sisters). Otherwise very good game.

I wonder if it's possible to make a ripped version out of this compressed version by including videos of 'sex scenes' only and images. I know it won't be playable but I only want to look at those videos and images and the file size will be much smaller.

Can anyone do it please if it's possible! A lot of us will be very grateful to you for sure.

I can make an image/video only but the decrease in file size will be pretty minimal as we are only looking at like 100MBish of libraries and scripts.

"The game has 52+ sex scenes with more than 5500 images and 1100 videos."

Now I don't know what's in all those 1100 videos. Are they all nude/sex scenes or most of them are normal dressed up stuff?
If most of those videos are normal stuff then they could be removed. Same could be done with the images if it saves a lot of space.
Is it possible? I don't know because as you can tell I'm completely new into this stuff.

It's possible but going through nearly 6600 images and Videos for 52 sex scenes might be more of a waste of time unless more people want it. If you have the compressed files,you can use UnRen to extract the archive.rpa so as to get the videos.

And the result would be a collection of all the game's 'best' visual parts. Like honeybees collecting nectar from so many flowers to make a few drops of sweet sweet honey.

I think plenty of people would like to have it. I see "Gallery Unlock" mods for a lot of games here so people do actually want to get to the good stuff without going through a lot of hassle first. Plus it would save a lot of space as the game is huge.

Why not do it yourself?
Below is the torrent to get version 0.8 (you can use qBittorent)
Unzip the file with 7zip
go to the folder ...\The_Agency-0.8-pc\game\images (images and video are directly accessible)
And good luck !!! View the images and video, delete those which are not to your taste

Or, maybe if Google, Facebook or others are not interested in applying their AI to this kind of work...

Yes especially since the game is greater than 2gb compressed,renpy doesn't support obb files without too much altertaion to the main framewok.
