Overview:
You are a freshman in psychology at Halden University. On a seemingly normal day, your professor hands out a mysterious assignment. A sheet of paper with the words “Sissy Hypnosis” and a chilling phrase: You are not immune. What starts as confusion quickly becomes obsession. Each day, you attend classes, explore the city, and decide whether to seek help, or fall deeper into the spiral alone.
As the days pass, your choices lead you down one of five distinct paths. Will you submit to Sophia's dominance? Embrace Emily's nurturing encouragement? Follow Lucy into fantasy and cosplay? Surrender to Selene’s sensual mastery in the Red Light District? Or try to face the journey alone, resisting control, or spiraling inwards? Each route spans several months, gradually reshaping your body, identity, and desires. The transformation is physical, psychological, and social.​

I wish the h-cg used the same kind of simpler, anime style 2 tone shading as in the first pictures, instead of the overly (tring to be) realistic lighting that makes me like ai cg less and less.

The game's focus is sissification, so I don't think the futa path will be skipable for a while. I have intention of making an alpha path in the future, but I intend to focus on these 5 fist. About lesbian, I think it is skipable (of course, if you don't consider shemale with female a lesbian relationship)

That's actually okay, those 2 extra fingers are no doubt handy when the laptop comes with 2 extra rows of keys.

They are usually macros and multimedia controls. Depending on what you use it for, it's either rarely/never used, or used a whole lot.
For porn only, there's a chance the person is gonna use the multimedia controls, if the format of porn they consume is one that allows it, and is on a software where regular keys don't work as commands (or the person find using regular keys more difficult than a key with a "play/stop" symbol). As for games and professional applications, macros may come more in handy. And for porn games... I don't exactly remember right now a porn game that is hard and/or complex enough for macros to be a very useful thing, but macros could be used on such games, although, again, it's more the macros instead of multimedia control (which are for porn video reproduction).
Still, a person can obviously always use more than one thing, like, for example, to listen to a lot of music and use multimedia controls and play complex porn games where macros can be useful.
Although I actually believe that 2 extra working fingers would actually be more useful in music, from regular instruments to soundboards and alike. It would be good to know an artist in this situation, since the only one I know is an old blues guitarist and singer (Hound Dog Taylor), and his extra finger was just a nub that could not be moved, and he even removed it on a certain night, while drunk, with a straight razor.
But hey! Maybe he can serve as an inspiration for the game's dev. Make a character based on him, but since it's a sissification game, make them remove the extra finger not while drunk with alcohol and with a straight razor, but while drunk with estrogen and with a gay sissy razor.

i cant seem to do anything, cant figure out how to get to class (even though i get to campus at 10 AM) cant find anyone to talk to, tried applying for jobs but the cafe doesnt appear as an option for me to visit and the library just says not implemented yet, dont know if im missing something or something else lol
