Full disclosure i've been having severe medical issues for the last month+ I;'ve been in and out of the doctors/hospital for weeks now, one of my recent CT scans suggest crohn's disease i won't know for sure until i have a colonoscopy. but i have other medical issues on top that might require surgery and on top of that i might have an infection of some sort and possible bowl obstruction, needless to say since they haven't confirm i have crohns yet they can't offer anything to help for all my pain and on top of the other issue and possible infection it put me in a weird spot where they can't even give me pain meds as most all cause constipation which would make the obstruction worsem nor can they even attepmt steriods as that would make the infection worse. So basically im SOL until more testings and have been inpain 24/7 and haven't even been able to eat, sleep or drink much of anything for the last week. So im not sure when i will hace time to actually update this

Yes, it has new content, I would not have posted it and sent it to Shawn for a mod update if it was just a bugfix.

I have crohns as well. its important to be tested for nutrient deficiency. They wont be able to help you if your b12 is too low. electrolytes, iron, calcium can also be deficient. You will have trouble absorbing food when the inflammation is wrecking havoc in your small intestine.

Anything bowel related is never fun. I've had issues with that 2 or 3 times in my 8 years since being diagnosed with RRMS. Hope it's nothing more than a blockage that a colonic would fix. Almost immediate relief when it passes in that case.

sadly i had to go back to the ER before i even could even get the colonoscopy cause it got much worst they ct scanned me agian and turn out it was actually colon cancer, they operated and remove my colon and their pretty sure they got it all however during the sewing of my intestines back up it didn't hold so it started leaking and it was really bad to the point of sepsis so the had to go back in diconnect everything and but me on an Ileostomy, after that i got an infection so they had to cut half my staples open and leave my gut open i was in the hositpal for 2weeks+ i finally just got home but my gut it still wide open waiting to heal and helpful the infection go away but im on an Ileostomy bag which is a poop bag bsically my stuff doesn't actually go through my insides like it should and come out the right end they had to cut a whole in my stomach to make a stoma where my waste comes out into the back, I'll have this for 3 months after which i'll go back for another surgery in hopes they can reverse it, if not i will be stuck with the bag for live, sadly due to the food not going through my system like it should it mean i don't actually absorb most of the nutiruints like i should so i have lose like all my musle massive im boney as fuck and malnourished.

i do plan to pick up the mods agian soon when my gut isn't so painful or mabey healed but i honestly have no timeline for that at the monment and im sorry to all of you who been patiantly waiting for it.

Jesus I'm sorry to hear that. I hope things turn around for you and you have a chance to mend. I've seen my aunt go through a similar thing... I know the mod thing will give you perhaps some form of normalcy and get your mind off what has been happening, at least in small blocks of time. But try not to rush the healing process as it might wind up doing more harm than good. Rest first, everything else comes second.
